Beware

They tell you your eligible for replacement parts and then they turn and charge you saying it’s a deductible 155 dollars for a mask that u can buy on amazon for 26 dollars never minde the tube water holder and filters they are thieves and customer service is awful I dealt with one gentleman that was exceptionally rude

Reliable Lives Up to Their Name

Reliable has been my CPAP provider for 10 years. They are simply a great, local company that provides *exceptional* service. Anytime I call for supplies, I talk to a live human in 1-2 minutes that knows what I am looking for. Anytime I call with a billing question, they are very helpful and know the details of insurance reimbursement. It's a very nice, professional group of people. I hope they remain in business for a long time!!!

Reliable has always been very helpful and courteous whenever I had any dealings with them. Their service and delivery of products has always been prompt and accurate. Very reliable company....
