I called on Monday 4-13-2026at the…
I called on Monday 4-13-2026at the Metairie office 3019 N Arnold Metairie Louisiana. I talked to a lady about 10am and told her what my problem was with my big tank for oxygen and i asked her if she needed the model # off the machine and she said that they already have it.The lady said that being so early he mite come out today or tomorrow. I waited never got a call from technician i called back Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday left messages on the phone never got returned call.i had th push the number sigh on 2 instead of because 9 never answered. I pushed #2 and the connected me and i got to talk to lady again and she said that he would be out here today 4-16-2026 his name was Ken Robison and he had brought the wrong order 2 cylinendlers of oxygen didn't have a order for my machine but Mr Ken made it all right he left and came back with a machine he went beyond his work order to take care of the problem he is a assume employee. Could kill people
Took over a week to call back to schedule a time to look at my CPAP then when they called couldn't return mine to be checked out for another 2 weeks which leaves me over 3 weeks with no sleep machine

Excellent Service
The OT put in the wrong address when she wrote the order. I was worried the equipment wouldn't be delivered on time due to the error. However, when I called the customer service, she was able to reroute the delivery time and address. I received my order within the time frame I requested. Everything went so smoothly. Customer service was excellent and the technician who delivered the equipment was super friendly too.
Getting fitted for a new mask!
I met with Gloria to try a new mask. Gloria was helpful and courteous, and helped me with the fitting of my new mask. This is my second time to work with her and she was able to answer most of my questions, which I really appreciated. She was also patient as her computer system was up and down. The only part that would have been more helpful is if she could have given me the pro's and con's of the various masks that I have yet to try, which would have helped me make a more solid choice. This would have just been about going above and beyond for service.

Lenore was so helpful in showing me the special features of my new cpap machine and answering my questions.

Adapthealth Credit Card Collection Practices
Do Not Give Your Credit Card to Adapthealth! Miraculously after I gave my info to Adapthealth my credit card company canceled my card and gave me a new one because they found international fraud charges suddenly. Now, one day after I activated my new card, Adapthealth asked me on four different calls for my new credit card number for my "convenience". Since I don't have any billing with them my Plan G pays 100%, I keep telling them I'll send an e-check if I ever get a bill. They giggle and hang up on me. These men in billing in Adapthealth keep asking for credit card numbers they don't need? and giggle and hang up? Shame on me for letting you have my number on file the first time! Not happening ever again!

Service as needed
I needed to wait for my insurance to cover my CPAP and the company called to initiate services after the wait. Instructor was good on how the equipment works. The receptionist Rebecca is excellent at her job and welcomes patients so well.

Kind courteous people. From walking in to walking out everyone was super nice.
