Twice in a row, I have received someone else’s parcel while my own purchase has gone missing. This appears to be the result of parcels being incorrectly labelled or mishandled when collected from the lockers.
I could overlook a one-off mistake as human error, but having the exact same issue happen twice consecutively—with different lockers and different sellers—suggests a much deeper problem in the processes. The fact that this has happened repeatedly shows a concerning lack of care and quality control.
I have very little confidence in this company’s ability to handle deliveries reliably.

I ordered a parcel on vinted via relay really exited to receive it as I was desperate to receive the contents of it. The parcel was lost. It was lost pretty much immediately into the delivery process and despite my countless contact with relay they could not find the parcel and now claim I can only deal with this issue through vinted. I had to claim a refund, I didn’t want to as I wanted the parcel I actually ordered. Don’t buy vinted parcels through relay is you can avoid it!

Letting everyone know relay is very poor with a fast delivery.When you send a parcel off with with relay or through a second hand app like Vinted it says parcels are delivered 3to 5 working days I waited 2 weeks and my delivery has been lost . 100% this company steals parcels. I’ve used them twice before on vinted and had no issues but when I purchased some chanel shoes the parcel is ‘lost in transit’. After speaking to another seller on vinted she reported the same problem and from reading the views on here we are not alone! Disgusting.

Relay held onto my parcel for over a week, and then attempted to deliver this once, failed, and then sent me a notification that they were "Returning to sender".
I have reached out to them to re-attempt delivery as the first attempt was non-existent, so they need to deliver the parcel, but no response at all from Relay.
I feel like they should retrain all of their delivery staff/start again completely. I would never use Relay again.

Not usually one for a review but I'm sharing my experience so others can hopefully avoid using Relay.
5 days ago I had a parcel delivered I left instructions for it to be left in a safe place as I wasn't going to be home I even attached photos to make sure it was left in the correct place. Was told they'd passed the information on to the driver but he didn't follow instructions and left it on my door step so when I arrived home 6 hours after delivery obviously it wasn't there as it was left in plain site. I've emailed relay twice as it states up to 72 hours for a reply still nothing. I've tried to go through the customer services where I ordered from and they wont give me a refund unless Relay admit liability. So not only do I not have my parcel i cant even get a refund until relay reply I think it's absolutely disgusting

They've Mixed up two of my parcels twice in a single week, one of them containing valuable designer earrings. Extremely unreliable and just consistently loses me money on vinted

Terrible. The driver didn't even show up or ring the intercom and I received an email said "failed delivery attempted ". They didn't even bother to come. My friend also had a bad experience with this company
