Excellent service

Very good updates. Courier was at property at time stated as also on previous orders. Cannot fault them, a head above other companies.

If I could give 0.3 stars...I would. Worst delivery service ever! I had a package, they tried to deliver on Sunday without any notice- of course there was no one home. Then 2 days later again no notice - failed delivery. I don't thing they even tried to deliver, because there was someone home. Don't recomend to anyone!

I have used Relay twice for Vinted…

I have used Relay twice for Vinted sales and they have failed miserably on both occasions. First time I sent a Patagonia Jacket and the buyer received a red dress. The second time I sent a pair of Armani Jeans and the buyer received a Gold coloured hand bag. They are mixing up the details somewhere along the line.
Really rubbish service.

Would give zero if I could.
They somehow managed to splice my address with someone else correct name and 1st line wrong area and postcode, I know they were given the correct one as tracking search using my actual postcode worked but address came up wrong?7. Driver called me annoyed because I dont live in Surrey?. Customer service will not take responsibility or correct mistake simply said they will return to sender.

Non-delivery of parcel

Honiture sub-contracted delivery of a part to Relay.

Relay gave a strong nudge on their website to collect the parcel at a shop a mile away. I ignored the prompt for several days. Relay showed no inclination to deliver to my home. So, I picked up the parcel from the shop.

There are delivery vans going up and down my road all day every day. There are lots of collection points nearby.

I feel extremely disgruntled that I had to pick up the parcel, and have never experienced such poor service

Zero Help!

Stopped updating progress of delivery a few days ago. It was meant to be delivered yesterday. Looked again today and still no update. I went on 'contact us' and went on 'live' chat. Is not an agent but a bot. It said will be with you within 24 hours, then had a timer counting down from 24 hours. I then went onto send customer service a message. Clicked on it, said we will get back to you within 48hrs to 72hrs. Too late by then!. Shein use Relay so never ordering from Shein again. Reading through the shocking reviews (all one star so far and most people including myself didnt want to even give that) so I have no confidence in getting my delivery,
EDIT: Shein text me to say they are issuing me a refund as my parcel has been lost by the courier.

I am extremely disappointed

I am extremely disappointed. Today, my son's birthday present and decorations were left on top of the mailboxes in the middle of the street, and of course, they were stolen. I don’t have enough time to purchase replacements before his birthday. I can’t express how let down I feel about this situation.

Delay

Delivery was delayed by few days because of one of the carer came for sale and didn’t even call me as soon as I saved that the order will be delivered within couple hours. He will stay in the same minutes so I thought they will come later on, but he came press us 102 time and there was not enough time for me to get out and he’s already went so I saw him asking him to deliver the package but he said he can’t he already cancelled it. He will deliver it tomorrow and never came, someone else came after a few days then the guy first time he were not professional at all.

OMGoodness RELAY WHERE'S MY 2 PARCELS!

WHAT HAPPENED!?!
You FAILED to deliver to my address and you put: Delivery 'Failed Attempt' twice with second on the 16th March. I sent you an email via your contact tracking on Temu and sent multiple instructions, directions and screenshot photos and with all that you still didn't deliver. You did send me an email and that is what I replied to with all the information plus two phone numbers to contact me if needed and you still put FAILED ATTEMPT. WHAT A FAIL, SO DISSAPOINTED as some items in there was for Mothers Day. Disgusted with the decline of the service compared to January 2026.

Dreadful company

Dreadful company. Parcel delivered to the wrong address with a photo sent to me clearly showing it had been left outside a house with a different number to mine. I had also left instructions that it should be left in our enclosed porch but where they left it had no such porch and so it was left outside on a rainy day
When approached with a request that they rectified their error they said "our system and processes do not permit it".
They told me to approach the seller and ask for a refund.
I only gave this one star as no stars didn't seem to be an option. I suggest no business should trust this outfit as their delivery partner as your reputation will tank if you are associated with them.

Contacted Relay over 1 week ago about…

Contacted Relay over 1 week ago about my package being left on my doorstep on a busy road, the driver didn't use my ring doorbell which would have instructed him it takes me a minute to get to the door, when I did eventually make it the package was gone.

No reply or refund from Relay, must be on a par with Evri

This company is the worst delivery…

This company is the worst delivery company I have ever came across across, DPD local and Evri are bad but relay are something else, every time they a the delivery company I know there is going to be a problem! No updates no response from emails, they are the worst delivery company out there!! So here we go again, no update since the 28th of feb, no response and sight that my Temu parcel will turn up, unfortunately tic tock us the same company, why are sellers using this unreliable company????

They stole my parcel…

I ordered a parcel from temu and Relay were the delivery company I received updates my parcel was on its way and that it had been delivered along with pictures of delivery..parcel was not there..lucky the delivery was at my works and we checked the cctv. The driver opened his car door put the parcel on the floor took the picture picked the parcel back up put it back in his car and drove off..disgusting thief and no doubt this is happening a lot I emailed them with a copy of the cctv and not had a reply this was a week ago..I have emailed 3 times..disgusting thought evri were bad but this is disgraceful

My iPhone was stolen

I've used Relay twice, both times because a buyer selected them on Vinted, they were not my own choice.

My first parcel arrived damaged, annoying but these things happen.

My second parcel was opened, the box inside, which was wrapped in multiple layers of bubble wrap, was removed and the iPhone inside the box, stolen. The box was then put back in the package and delivered to my buyer.

Appalling service, dreadful for me and my item buyers, I sadly had to award a star but would have preferred not to. My advice? Don't use Relay for any deliveries.

Every time my parcels are delivered…

Every time my parcels are delivered opened. It's intentional, because you can see where a sharp object to has been used to damage thd parcel. The cut is in a straight line, not a rip but an intentional cut. This is an invasion of my privacy as a customer and I am fed up with this rubbish service.

Account Deleted, Earnings Withheld, Zero Support — Serious Hardship Caused

My experience with Relay Technologies has been unacceptable and financially harmful.

I worked consistently and in good faith on the platform, often waiting over 3 hours for jobs, having accepted jobs disappear, and receiving no compensation for wasted time or cancelled allocations. Despite continuing to meet expectations and remain available, the system repeatedly failed to provide stable work.

My account was then deleted/suspended without proper explanation — and I have been left with approximately £100 in earned payments unpaid.

Support has been a complete dead end. Live chat refuses to deal with the issue and keeps redirecting me to different email addresses. Each contact point sends you somewhere else. Conversations go in circles with no resolution, no accountability, and no urgency — even after I explained that this situation left me without electricity and heating and that I have health conditions affected by cold and stress.

This is not just poor service — withholding payment for completed work raises serious legal concerns. Under UK law, failure to pay earned funds may constitute breach of contract and unlawful deduction of earnings. Companies cannot simply retain money that has been contractually earned while cutting off account access and support.

Key issues:
• Completed work not paid
• Account removed without transparent justification
• Jobs disappearing after acceptance
• Hours spent waiting with zero compensation
• No effective support channel
• Repeated email redirection instead of answers
• No clear dispute or appeals process provided
• Financial hardship ignored after being clearly explained

Workers deserve transparency, fair treatment, and timely payment — not silence and runaround tactics when money is owed.

I am now escalating this through formal complaints and payment recovery channels.

Avoid if you expect reliability, fair pay handling, or real support when something goes wrong.

All I wanted to do is provide for my kids Ramadan is coming so I really wanted to get closer to God but working for this company is like bring me closer to the devil I can only tell you my experience in hopes that no one goes through this … so if you going to start with I would look for another company like Just Eat
