Utter crap, aswell as losing parcels, they are unable to Reply to customers, great , not 👎🏻

Shocking delivery service was in for my delivery, they never knocked on my door and when I said if I wasn’t in to leave it in my safe place! They left outside the block of flats on main rd and when I went downstairs to get it somebody had took it, got intouch with relay, no help at all. Said I never want a delivery from them again, I order loads of TEMU and never had a problem but it TEMU continue to use RELAY then I’m stopping ordering from them all together. Avoid RELAY at all cost coz they are the worst company ever!!!😡😡😡😡😡

Horrible experience. They say that they attempted to deliver my parcel; however no attempt was made. Instead, they delivered it to a nearby shop (an option that I had not chosen!) I was home when the attempt was made. It’s a shame that ASOS use this company. It will eventually begin to reflect on them as a company.

Absolutely shocking customer service. I ordered a large item off Vinted, a keyboard, which has gone missing in transit. Collected 04 July 26 and still not received by 21 July 26. I have emailed customer services twice - and you just don’t get a response! It’s utterly disgraceful. Vinted need to severe their trading agreement with this courier because they cannot be trusted to deliver or support Vinted sellers and buyers. I’m enraged with the sheer lack of professional execution. Not to mention that this keyboard was a birthday present for my 9-year olds’ birthday, which was almost ruined because of this shamble of a business.
GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER, RELAY.

Notified to collect Vinted parcel - travelled to shop to be told it hasn’t been delivered - none have and to try in two days - terrible

Worst delivery company I've come across. I selected home delivery, but they allegedly dropped it off at a local store for collection without even trying to deliver it once. The store was 2 miles from my house so I had to pay to get a bus to collect it out of my pocket as I don't drive. The worst part of this is, I got to the address they gave me and apparently the shop has been closed down for months, so there's no chance it was delivered there. They have no contact number and don't reply to their emails. I have been waiting nearly 2 weeks for this delivery. Will never order with a company that uses relay again.

So bad that I now trust Evri more than relay. I have only used Relay twice and both times they have messed up. Both were Vinted purchases and the first one, I order a pair of short and a ghost figure showed up instead and I started a support query with Vinted and got a refund for the shorts. Then 2 days later the shorts actually arrived. The second order was for a tshirt, and this was place on the 27th of May and sent out on the 30th. I got a notification to say it was at the parcel shop if I wanted to collect rather than being delivered to my home, but I had paid for home delivery and it didn't tell me where the parcel shop was, so couldn't even if I did want to do half their job for them. I eventually got the option to mark it as lost on the 3rd of July with Vinted and they did whatever they do and refunded me. Today, 21-07-2026 almost 2 months after it being provided to Relay, it has been delivered. So although I have received the 2 items, and had full refunds from them, they are still a really poor company and if that is how they are operating, they will just be loosing money left right and centre.

Relay is very very horrible , they always try to deliver at business close hours and sometimes they won’t even attempt it at all . They will say it available for pickup at the post office… but when I get there , there is nothing to pick up . They are thieves . They have done this three times

I’ve now lost both an incoming and an outgoing parcel with Relay. My incoming parcel was marked as collected before I even had the chance to collect it, yet I never received it. After two missing parcels, I have no confidence in this service and would not recommend using Relay. Zero response from Relay customer services either!

absolutely terrible service the courier was taking a picture of my flats after i gave her code to the entrance obviously she was going to say i was not home if i didn’t see her she said she was going to go to the entrance but i think it was too much trouble 👿

I have now had two parcels gone missing due to this company one a pair of earrings was not in the box it was sent in but an empty bag
The second a total difference top came I am fuming with this company as the seller has been left out of pocket and thy have theif delivery for them

Had deliveries 3 times from relay first one they took a photo which was the wrong place and was stolen 2nd one they sent back to provider. Latest one had an email yesterday saying will be delivered today and email today saying sent back to provider

Absolutely horrendous I bought something on Vinted using relay drop to shop, been waiting a month not heard a peep, delivery doesn’t get updated at all and now they are returning to sender, AVOID AT ALL COSTS 💩 customer service as well!!!!! Now I’m out of pocket £24!

Awful delivery service delivering a shein parcel. Rang the doorbell, put package on doorstep and took a photo then walked off before anyone answered the door.

I had a delivery today and it was left in the foyer of the building. Now anybody could have picked that up restrict instructions out to be delivered to me door because I'm disabled but fortunately a friend on the bundle. The hotels that sent me are there to to prove it and if her aunta brought it up I would not have had it. So can you please look into this because to me it's a disgrace and also a far now at the office so I've got into trouble over that and I'm telling you I don't like getting into trouble for your for your failure

I raised my complaint on 21 June and exchanged more than five emails with the Relay support team. Despite this, I was later contacted by another member of staff who asked me to explain the entire issue again from the beginning.
This is incredibly frustrating and shows a complete lack of communication, proper record-keeping, and responsibility within the company. Customers should not have to repeatedly provide the same information because the support team cannot review the previous correspondence.
Given the way my complaint has been handled, it is no surprise that some pickup points feel they can treat customers so badly. The whole experience has been unacceptable, and I am still waiting for my complaint to be properly addressed.

Would give no stars if possible.

Never delivered parcel just saying on app your parcel is delayed and will contact you in next 48 hours but still not replied in one week.

Somehow this rubbish company have had three of my parcels which never arrived, I’d stay clear if I was you

I actually give a zero. The parcels are thrown on the floor with no attempt to physically give the item to a person. My latest parcel was put inside a wheelie bin, where I had just emptied the contents of my hoover and, I was in the house. They could have knocked and given it to me. DREADFUL COMPANY.
