I purchased 3 separate items through this delivery company and all 3 times have come back to me saying they cannot deliver to my designated place but going to deliver to another quite away away. Having no car at the moment is not good.

Been over a week now and over the time period given to deliver and just keeps saying DELAY.

First and last time using this delivery service as absolutely diabolical !!

First experience with this company. They delivered my Temu parcel today. Left it in some random location I couldn’t identify even though I had a note on my front door saying to leave it at the back door which was easily accessible. Now my parcel is missing, I’ve no idea where it was placed and have had to request a refund from Temu. Hoping I never have to get a delivery from them again.

I would not give these deliveries one star. I have had to leave one star to review. They dont deliver they dump packages. A few weekas ago someone knocked on my door they had found my delivery dumped in garages. Today again my daugheter found a package delivered 3 days ago mjust dumped at the back of my house. No notfcation and they certainly would not leave an image of where it was as it would be incriminating. Do not trust these people, They are bad, very bad

Unfortunately had the misfortune of buying on Vinted and relay being the only option. The item says delivered to the relay shop but they deny this. The person in front of me also has the same issue. What’s the point in providing tracking if it’s unusable

Terrible delivery company. Say you are next stop then failed delivery even though you are at home. One very disappointed daughter.

Went to pick up a parcel. First the worker at the store kept servicing customers that are buying goods like you are not there and just come when there is nobody else. Yes, I’ve got there first and was serviced last.

Then the worker at the store told ME to LOOK for the parcel myself. Had to go through a whole bin of parcels.

Not using that again when I can choose Evri, Inpost or Royal Mail and scan a bar code and receive my parcel in seconds.

Bought several items via Vinted using Relay. Firstly not a single parcel was delivered to a pick up point I chose; after talking to the shop owner I’d learnt that Relay is using his address but never delivered a single parcel there…). Got emails for each item confirmed it’s being returned to sender- no status update on that on Vinted (there it still says waiting at my local pick up point). Then received texts with qr codes which were meant to be sent to sellers for them to collect the returns (no status update on Vinted). Silly me thought I’ll forward the qr codes and contact Vinted to explain and will get a refund. Well no, since there was no status change, those items that were collected by sellers were treated as collected by myself at my local pick up point, where they NEVER arrived).
Vinted investigated and still charged me… what a disastrous company. Even worse then already bad companies out there…

Didn’t choose this courier as it was included in an Etsy sale. Relay didn’t update tracking for over a week, when item finally arrived it was after the estimated due date. Seller apparently contacted Relay but didn’t receive any useful information to help me. Poor communication so disappointing.

I’ve never used Relay before but I absolutely appreciate how quick they delivered the package, the updates and how they let you know the countdown for when your package is being delivered. Would go with them again

Terrible service.

My parcel has been delayed, and the tracking states that I would receive an update within 48 hours. It’s now been 4 days, and I’ve still had no update or communication whatsoever.

I’ve also emailed the company twice to ask for an update and haven’t received a single response. The complete lack of communication and customer service is unacceptable.

The item I ordered is an expensive birthday present, so this delay has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I’m now left with no idea where my parcel is or when it will arrive.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this delivery company.

Used for the 1st time for Vinted deliveries and over a week later still waiting for 4 parcels!
Go on holiday soon and the shop will only hold for 7 days! Shocking delivery times!

Had to give it 1 star only be cause a “zero” is not available! Please people do not use this service as the delivery drivers are careless and/ or probably thieves too. Parcel sent shows the same location of where it is for the past 5 days. The help centre support team does not exist only because emails are not being acknowledged. The moral of this story is that this is NOT a professional agency so save your money and do not use them if even they were the only agency in the world!

My order from this company should have been delivered to a pick up point by yesterday !
I ordered my item 9 days ago.
I've received no correspondence at all from this postage company
Will not be using again

Absolute trash! Picked up item 3 days ago no movement.

If their job was to mix up parcels and deliver the wrong ones they'd be world class

Got WhatsApp msg today saying they were delivering my order. No tracking info no time order still not arrived seems like a cowboy outfit. I wouldn’t even give it a one star

This company is pathetic, i asked them to deliver to my address but they contacted to say they had left my parcel at the nearest convenience store, when i got to the shop it hadn't been delivered, no way to contact this company either,

I am extremely disappointed with Relay's handling of my parcel. I purchased a kite through Vinted from a seller who took great care packaging it. It was securely boxed and clearly labelled "DO NOT BEND" to prevent damage during transit.

Despite this, the parcel arrived with the kite's support sticks snapped, making it completely unusable. The damage could only have been caused by careless handling during delivery. This is incredibly frustrating, especially when the sender did everything right to protect the item.

To make matters worse, I had a very upset child looking forward to flying this kite, only to have that excitement turn into disappointment because it arrived broken. It completely ruined what should have been a happy moment.

I want to make it absolutely clear that I do not blame the seller in any way. They packaged the item well and sent it in perfect condition. The responsibility lies entirely with Relay for failing to handle the parcel with even basic care.

I expected a professional delivery service, but instead my item arrived damaged due to negligence. I would not recommend Relay based on this experience and sincerely hope they improve how they treat customers' parcels.

I am absolutelv disausted with the service provided by Relav. This is not the first time this has happened. Almost every parcel delivered bv vour company arrives opened or damaged.
My latest parcel was delivered with both ends torn open, leaving the clothinc completely exposed. This is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of care and respect for customers' property
I no longer feel confident that my parcels are being handled safely. It is shocking that this keeps happening, and I expect you to investigate this matter immediately and explain why my parcels repeatedly arrive in this condition.

According to the tracking the Parcel was collected by the courier then vanished !!. The tracking says ‘Due to an exception the item can’t be delivered, whatever that means. 3 emails to their customer services and still no reply.
AVOID this cowboy outfit they are the worst of the worst
