I brought a mug for Christmas, and it arrived in one piece. It's a special mug, and I love it.

The blanket for my son arrived in perfect condition. It's super soft and cozy. The tracking info wasn't every detailed, but the package was secure

I will do reviews on good products, but rarely ever on bad ones. But, I had to on this product. I paid $23 for a Poodle in a boot Christmas tree ornament which is a very small piece of plastic with Poidle dog boot picture in it that shouldn’t have cost more than $5-$6 bucks. It’s a TOTAL RIPOFF!!! Please don’t waste your money and don’t buy from this company.

I bought 2 x Labradoodle items, one which was a £15 Christmas Tree acrylic ornament, the other being an acrylic key ring also priced £15, then charged shipping to the UK. If this site could give negative stars they'd be lucky to get that. These 2 items shouldn't even be £1 each never mind £15, the quality is absolute crap, don't look anything like what is advertised on the website. Made in China so no surprise there. Talk about being ripped off, the 'Season of Goodwill', not with this lot, goodwill to themselves & screw everyone else !

Very cheap, thin plastic ornament that was worth maybe $1 cost me over $20. No communication from time order was placed to delivery. No order receipt, no tracking, nothing. Not a reputable business but merely a rip-off.

I'm so glad the blanket arrived on time for the special occasion I planned. It's beautiful, and the whole shopping process went smoothly.

WTF is this ornament supposed to be. I ordered what looked like a beautiful Christmas tree ornament to get a piece of plastic with a crap dog transfer on both sides with a hole at the top and a bit of thread to fasten it.

Ordered a Cocker Spaniel In Santa Boot Christmas Hanging Ornament SB032 as a memento to our darling Suri that left us a year ago on New Year's eve. The picture on the web site appears to show a 3D beautiful carving. However, what arrived was a cheap piece of 2D acrylic with a drawing/picture embedded inside. Not worth the discounted £15 let alone the supposed £24 original price! Total scam and verging on the false advertising.

It is very rude and dishonest to force your customers to pay a tip, your making double off your products and want to enforce a tip! Very sad world we live in! Nothing but greed!!

The blankets are excellent quality, thick, soft, and exactly as shown. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

Purchased the dog in a pocket xmas tree hanger but what was delivered was a vert cheap piece of flat plastic with sub standerd sticker on it. Would not of paid £1 for it had i known what rubbish it was.

I can’t get any updates on my orders. Paid extra for expedited shipping. No return emails. I am not sure yet if this is a scam, but beware.

I WAS never MORE DISAPPOINTED in anything in all my life ~! What they show you is a picture of a Christmas Tree ornament that looks to be about 4 - 6" tall, hanging on a tree ! you would swear it is 3-D object from the picture, but it ain't ! What you GET is a Small, flat, 3" piece of plastic worth maybe 50¢ with a picture on it ! They must be raking in the suckers every day ! No wonder they don't allow you to provide a review of their products on site !

Today is Dec 9, 24 and I NEED to update you. First, Relaxpact refuses to refund the total price I paid for their POS ! At first they said they would give me 10% back, trying to shut me up. I refused. Then they offered me 20% refund. Again, I refused! Finally yesterday they offered me 30% refund. Not sure how much farther this would go, I took their offer, but I'm KEEPING their POS ! I would have to PAY for the return shipping, NOT THEM ! It wasn't that much, $2 +, but it's the principle of the deal !

DO NOT do business with these people or you WILL BE SORRY !!!!

I bought a blanket for my daughter that said the right words, after reading all the negative reviews I got a little worried that I just threw my money away. The blanket arrived when it was supposed to. Was as described. And I'm sure it will put a happy rear in my daughter's eye. I got exactly what I ordered.

Ordered a golden doodle in a Christmas stocking. The image looked like a 3d model. What arrived is a cheaply printed image on a bit of plastic. Absolute scam. I typically check reviews but didn’t on this occasion. I’ll try their returns / refunds policy but I’m not hopeful.

I would give 0 star if I could. We ordered Dachshund in a Boot Christmas ornaments and they are the cheapest possible quality. The actual items are nothing like the advertising photos. They charge $17.99 and probably cost 50 cents or less to make.

The product is junk. I paid 25.00 for a blue heeler in stocking ornament. It's a
flat piece of plastic with a picture on it. DONT BUY!!!

Beware!! Over priced items!!! These are cheaply made items priced way above their value. The ornaments look like they were made in the most inexpensive format and may only last one season. Look elsewhere for better quality items priced more fairly.

Ordered a cocker spaniel Christmas tree decoration from this site.paid roughly 25 euros including p&p. It was such a rip off! In the picture it looked 3 dimension,what I received was something like a keyring which wasn't even cut properly. So annoyed. To make matters worse saw the same decoration on Temu for €3!!
