THE COMPANY ASSEMBLED THE ITEM INCORRECTLY. I am unable to read the sentiment because it's backwards.

This company has no concept of customer service.

The advert showed a keyring with a set of wings wrapped around a,3D model of a,dog. What arrived was a piece of cheap plastic with a piece of paper sealed in it. Absolute cheap rubbish. Just a complete scam

Ordered a keyring.
When it arrived it was broken. I wrote to them. They answered and offered to give me a new one. I told them yes please I would like that. But they have never sent it and now I can't write to them anymore. When I do I get a message back that my says failure.
Don't EVER buy anything from this company!!!

Truly a scam. They advertise items then send cheap junk China items that are replicas of their advertisements. I tried working with them for a refund. They then said 10% or 20% finally 30%. No! 100% is what is needed.

The dog in angel wings was a cheap photo in clear plastic. I was expecting for nearly $24 a sculpted dog in sculpted angel wings.

Absolute tat.
Ordered 2 key rings for two of my friends for a post Xmas present. I couldn't give them. It would have been too embarrassing. I thought I was getting something 3D but got a bit of plastic with a photo of a dog. I've pulled better things from a Xmas cracker. I emailed company. Was offered 10 percent of plus 20 percent of next purchase. There is no way I would buy anything of this company again. I sent them back using 'return address 'on package I received. Was told that it was the wrong address. I was told It was an address in florid, USA.
It would have cost me more than the package itself. I just wish I had read the reviews prior to purchase. It cost me £3.75 to send it back plus £30plus. An expensive lesson.

ABSOLUTE SCAM of a company!!! I ordered 2 Christmas ornaments as a gift for my son that in the picture looked exactly like his dogs. The PICTURE showed a very nice 3D ornament but what arrived was a flat piece of plastic. It looked like something from the dollar store not something that I paid almost $20 EACH for. When I finally got in touch with the company via email and they told me there was nothing that could be done. Then they offered me a 20% refund. However with subsequent emails their refund went up to 30 and eventually 40%. Ultimately, I sent the product back but have not yet received a refund and it has been over a month. Now they tell me that they need the tracking number on my package. But as I told them there was no tracking number on the receipt.

Horrible company and even worse customer service.

If I could give this company a zero i would! Not only did the give me 3 of 4 items ordered, they sent me junk...the photos were not representative of this crap

Frankly the product I rec'd was a SCAM. The ad looked like a cute 3D rendering of a sleeping dog in a shell. What I got was a cheap 2D small picture of the dog. And for a total of $25 USD. Beyond rip-off.

Ordered 3 x santa boot Schanuzer Christmas ornaments and 2 x sleeping Schnauzer key chains. The images do not clearly convey that these items aren't 3D shapes. In fact the images online look 3D, bright and vibrant. What you get is a 2D piece of plastic with a crappy photo inside. It is truly an absolute con job. They are advertising everywhere and I would image are cleaning up selling this rubbish all over the world.

I ordered a keychain which had nothing to do with the photographs on the website.
I asked for the money back and was denied.
I do not advise placing orders on this site.

If I could give negative star reviews for Relaxpact I would. Unfortunately 1 is the lowest available. Their products are cheaply made and overpriced. They do nothing in support of responding to customer service issues and refuse refunds. They go so far as to send you discount links for your next purchase with hyperlinks that don't even work. They are HORRIBLE.

Did not receive my order, it was sent to wrong address, but they said it was my address. Royal mail proof of delivery was in another county. This company is a scam. Scumbags out to rip people off. Stay well clear.

I was so thrilled with the Chihuahua ornament that I never checked for reviews. What an idiot! Like everyone else, I thought it was a ceramic or resin ornament. What arrived was a picture of a dog in plastic--worth about a dollar! They obviously plan to disolve after Christmas so they don't need repeat customers...

Trying to get an answer from them is impossible-if you contact customer service, they send you the same automated reply each time. I’ve provided the tracking # numerous times, asked for a phone number to call & still nothing. They’ve already taken the money from my CC-order placed on 12-2. Today is 12-17. Last time I order anything from them no matter how good it is!

My wife loves this blanket! It was delivered promptly and looks just as beautiful as advertised.

I ordered 2 tree ornaments for my in-laws: a white shihtzu on a crescent moon and a black one in a Christmas boot. The photos looked adorable. They arrived today and are NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS! These are not little figurines, they are photos on a slice of acrylic, and the black one is so dark you cannot see its face. And they cost me $45 because I paid with PayPal. Tried to claim against them but Paypal just disallowed my claim because I did not send the package by tracked mail., even though I had proof of postage.

I ordered the "yellow lab retriever in snow pocket" and received an email dated Dec 3rd that my order had been updated. Tracking shows absolutely nothing and I've heard nothing since. After reading the negative reviews I'm feeling really discouraged that I've wasted my money and may not even receive the order.
Update Dec 17...I received the ornament in a tiny 'flat' pkg. It IS a disappointment...a flat acrylic ornament with picture on both sides. The ad gives the appearance of a full figure as others have stated. I don't know how the company enhanced the photo to look like that. The POSITIVE SIDE of this is... it is lightweight and won't weigh the tree branch down. ;)
I would like to attach pictures but I don't see a way for that.
