The staff members Rebecca and Adele were very kind and talk me through the procedure. The service received was fantastic, I went for the hayfever treatment which was a quick and professional procedure. Looking forward to having no more hayfever symptoms and enjoying the summer. Thank you so much.

Great and super fast communication, lovely and kind staff, super easy and smooth experience :)

I paid £95 for a consultation at Regent Wakefield which was much more rushed and far less compassionate than what I got from my NHS doctor. Regent's clinician (not a GP) rushed through the appointment in 10-15 minutes and generally behaved as if she had somewhere else to be and something more important to do, bordering on nasty at times. She also gave me some highly dodgy 'old-wives-tale' style medical 'advice' as part of her hard sell - unethical at best.

Just so you don't make the same mistake, the private GP appointment on offer is actually a sales pitch, that you pay for, for all the things they'd rather be selling you (starting at £995). The whole thing was highly upsetting and exploitative, and I left the appointment in tears.

I raised a complaint. They initially responded putting the blame entirely on me, because I'd apparently expected a prescription which they didn't issue. News to me - I'd never asked for a prescription nor even mentioned a prescription in my appointment or my complaint.

They then ignored me for two months, at which point I said I was thinking of escalating to their external complaint service. That seemed to spook them into refunding my £95, which was welcome, but they never took me seriously from the outset, exploited me for cash when I was vulnerable, and ignored my complaint.

Yes I got my £95 back, but their service did active harm and I remain worried they will continue to exploit other vulnerable patients.

Fantastic all around! Lovely ladies on the front desk and the lady who did my jabs was so welcoming, professional and nice. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for travel vaccinations.

The staff are all so lovely and welcoming, made the experience 10/10. Was my second time visiting and absolutely would recommend to anybody!

Very friendly staff and very easy experience

I’ve had the hayfever jab for the third year running now, and it continues to be an absolute game changer. Before this, I used to really struggle with symptoms every season, but since starting the treatment, I’ve had consistent relief and can actually enjoy the warmer months again.

The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and professional. Megan and Vic in particular go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and well looked after.

Highly recommend to anyone who suffers with hayfever — genuinely a 5-star experience every time!
