I was happy with the money I received although a lot of commission was taken and it did take nearly three months

I am very much satisfied with refund.me. They are very thrustworthy and efficient.

Took a while but I didn’t mind. Worked.

They assigned a lawyer company once, the case lasted for more than a year with absolute silence and no news. Then they asked to sign PoA for another lawyer company, and again no news. They don't reply for my mail with a question about the current state of the case. They provide no information at all! Just lost 1.5 years and signed 2 PoA-s for nothing.

UPD: finally after almost 2 years they reported that they cannot reach the airline & decided to drop the case! And now it's definitely too late to contact another lawyer due to missed lawsuit limitation period.

They got me another nice compensation. It took over a year, but made up more than the cost of the flight. I still would prefer no delays as we flew with kids. Anyways, this company gets your money back!

Excellent, refund delivered as promised. While I find the commission a bit too high (in general in these cases, not just at refund.me), they delivered in a difficult case and I am thankful I took their offer. I had a claim the airline had explicitly rejected as "higher power", it was in the news that way too, and another flight claims agency had refused to take it on for that reason. Refund.me took on the challenge and I received a payout. Thank you!

Honestly i recommend anyone to do it directly with the Airlines. It would be easier and even avoid the fees.
