Hi Clement, thank for your order and your review :-) You ordered on Saturday and, as stated at checkout, standard delivery is in 2 to 3 working days. Your parcel was dispatched on Monday (the first working day since Saturday) and arrived two days later on Wednesday, within the advertised delivery service. You do have the option to upgrade to priority delivery in 1 to 2 working days, so if you need speedy delivery this would work best for you next time. Great New Independent K Beauty Store!!!

Great product, bad delivery
It just came in a bubble wrap envelope. Because of this, the pump got crushed in delivery and it ended up leaking. The box it came in was completely saturated in the oil and destroyed, as well as the note that came with it. Thankfully, I was able to fix the pump and it was not a significant amount of product that leaked. Please use better packaging in order to protect your stock.
This was a repurchase of the product, I love it so much. Also appreciate the free rice face mask I received. Used it straight away and made my skin feel great.

My experience was great and would now be using Refresh Skincare on a regular basis the delivery was free and came earlier than expected and I received 10% off my order. It was packaged well and my products I ordered were lovely, after using them for only a few weeks I can see a difference in my skin.
