Helped me with gym confidence!

Love working with Dom. Never really knew what I was doing in the gym but now I feel really confident and enjoy the workouts. Support is great to and is always on hand for advice or to answer a question.

Excellent training program

I’m Felicity, I’m 40, and I’ve been training with Dom since 2020. Before starting, my biggest hurdle was time. I work as an area manager, I’m on the road a lot and often working away from home, so getting to a gym regularly just wasn’t realistic for me.

Dom’s online training completely changed that. The flexibility means I can train anywhere, even when I’m away with work, which has been a game-changer. I also travel once a month and like to feel confident in swimwear, and thanks to Dom I finally do.

Since training with him, I’ve lost over 2 stone and, more importantly, I feel happy, confident, and comfortable in myself again. Dom really knows what he’s doing — his training plans are effective, realistic, and his nutritional advice is spot on and easy to stick to.

I couldn’t recommend Dom highly enough, especially if you’re busy, travel a lot, or think you don’t have time to train. The results speak for themselves.

Dom is one of the best coaches I've…

Dom is one of the best coaches I've worked with. He's taken the time to get to know my training history, what's worked and what hasn't, and current priorities. He's then worked that in to a stretching yet feasible plan, and provides frequent guidance, encouragement and challenge to push me on. Each week I have one thing to focus on improving, which is guiding me into good and regular habits. Dom is available and personable which helps keep me accountable. Final insight is that food tracking is the simplest I've ever had: just send Dom a pic of each meal I eat, removing the need for weighing, number crunching etc, which to me is a massive help.

I’ve been training with Dom for years…

I’ve been training with Dom for years now, and I honestly wouldn’t change him for anything. He has completely changed the way I think about training — not just physically, but mentally too. He’s thoughtful, encouraging, and genuinely cares about the people he works with.

He hasn’t only trained me, but also my husband and even my sister online in Madrid, which says a lot about the trust we have in him. He adapts to each person, really listens, and makes training feel purposeful rather than punishing.

Beyond the results, what really stands out is his consistency and support. He’s played a big part in my personal journey, and I’m very grateful for that. I couldn’t recommend him more.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly Recommend – Fantastic PT Support from Dom
I’m a 46 year old peri menopausal woman who had completely hit a rut. I was going to the gym regularly but had no idea what I should actually be doing, and I wasn’t seeing any results. Working with Dom has genuinely turned things around for me.
Since training with him, I’ve lost 1.5 stone, I’m back to a size 10, and—more importantly—I feel so much stronger, more energetic, and far more confident in myself. His approach is realistic and supportive; he understands that I’m a full time working mum with a busy life who also enjoys a Prosecco now and then. There’s no judgement, just clear guidance, smart programming, and encouragement that actually works.
What I really appreciate is that Dom makes everything feel achievable. He explains things in a straightforward way, adapts sessions when needed, and keeps the training varied without making it overly complicated. He’s approachable, knowledgeable, and strikes the right balance between pushing me and understanding my limits.

Dom, the man, the myth, the legend

Before meeting Dom, I genuinely hated the thought of having a coach and never imagined personal training would be something I’d commit to long term. I started working with him in July, and it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made.

Working frontline ambulance shifts makes routine and consistency really difficult, with long hours, fatigue, and constantly changing schedules. Dom completely understood this from the outset and worked with me to create a realistic, flexible strategy that actually fits around my job and real life, rather than expecting perfection. That approach has been a game changer for me.

Dom provides consistent support and clear guidance, so I always know what I should be doing, even when work is demanding or my energy is low. He understands that life, stress, and shift work all affect performance, and he adapts training and nutrition accordingly to get the best out of you during each phase, rather than pushing unrealistic expectations.

What sets Dom apart is his ability to balance accountability with genuine understanding. He listens, adapts, and supports, while still keeping you moving forward. His knowledge, experience, and people skills really show in the way he tailors everything to the individual.

Since working with Dom, I’ve seen clear changes not just physically, but in my mindset and confidence. I’m far more consistent, motivated, and proud of what I’m achieving which is a complete contrast to how I felt before starting.

I’m genuinely excited to see what this year brings and can’t imagine working with anyone else. I would wholeheartedly recommend Dom to anyone, especially those with demanding or unpredictable jobs, who want realistic support and long-term results.

Working with dom

I started working with dom in June 2025 and it quickly became evident that his programme really worked for me. The support and motivation dom gives is brilliant. In the 6 months I’ve been on this programme I have lost over 2 stone and 13 years lower on my bio age. I feel amazing and love going out again and get so many compliments about how good I look. I have completely changed my mindset on food and exercise and don’t feel like I’m missing out on anything. I look forward to my workouts and can’t wait to see what the next few months bring. I cannot recommend dom enough for anyone struggling with weight and motivation.

Highly recommend - supportive, knowledgeable and effective

I’ve been working with Dom for the past three months, and it has genuinely been one of the best decisions I’ve made.

Dom strikes the perfect balance between understanding how busy real life can be and still holding me to account. He’s responsive, supportive, and consistent, which has made a huge difference for me. I’ve always lived a relatively sedentary life and have been extremely inconsistent with exercise; starting, stopping, and using every excuse under the sun. I also had some poor habits and an unhealthy relationship with food.

At the beginning of 2025, I started losing weight and going to the gym on my own, making up my own programme and not truly understanding how to achieve what I really wanted. While I was being more active, I was repeating the same exercises for months and not really seeing meaningful changes in my body. It wasn’t until I started working with Dom that things truly changed. He really listens to my goals and provides continuous, individualised advice tailored specifically to me. That personal approach has been a game changer.

In just three months, I’ve noticed a huge difference in how I look, and so have my friends, family, and even acquaintances, who’ve commented on the visible changes. More importantly, working with Dom has transformed more than just my physical appearance. It’s boosted my self-esteem and self-confidence and has motivated me to improve other areas of my life. I’m finally starting to recognise my own self-worth, and I honestly don’t think that would have happened without his support and guidance.

Although it’s only been three months, I genuinely can’t imagine working with anyone else. He’s approachable, friendly, and always provides sensible, evidence-based advice. Great transformation

I can’t recommend working with Dom enough. With his help, I achieved goals that I hadn’t been able to reach on my own before. He guided me through not just workouts, but also nutrition and building the right mindset. Now, I have the consistency and motivation to keep working out and stay on track. A great online coach!

I’ve been working with Dom for about 6 months now and the results I’ve achieved so far have been incredible.

I enjoy running and going to the gym but it was hard to balance my hobbies with a demanding professional job. Before I met Dom, I never really had any structure to my gym workouts, my nutrition was all over the place and I would often develop niggles and injuries that would affect my running.

Dom took the time to get to know me as a person, my strengths and obstacles resulting in a plan that was structured, challenging and effective. Most importantly, the plan fitted seamlessly around my busy schedule whilst enabling me to continue my passion for running.

Dom’s experience, support and friendliness enables me to ask him questions or address concerns without hesitation helping me to improve and ensure that I am getting the most out of all my workouts. It always very easy to communicate with Dom and his responses are always prompt and of high quality.

I’m super excited to continue working with Dom and I would encourage anyone thinking of joining his programme to just go for it because you won’t be disappointed!

I joined up with Dom in January 2025…

I joined up with Dom in January 2025 because my goal was to get strong, build muscle and master pull ups. Following the previous year of being diagnosed with breast cancer I seriously wanted to focus on my health. What a year its been! I've now turned 58 and with Dom's structured guidance has transformed me from strength to strength. I have gained so much knowledge, I'm confident in making good food choices, my training is on point and I'm smashing the pull ups! Discipline and consistency is what I've gained and feel positive for my continued journey. Thanks for being the best coach Dom.

Phenomenal Coach!!!!!

Working with Dom has genuinely changed my life — and not in a dramatic, over-the-top way, but in the quiet, consistent ways that actually matter.

When I started, I was drinking more than I should, training was inconsistent and I wasn’t training well, my energy was low and for the first time in my life I didn’t particularly like myself or my body. My confidence and self esteem was completely down the drain.

Now, I love my training. I get up and out ridiculously early everyday. I have energy again — and I feel good in my body for the first time in a long time.

Dom goes far beyond workouts and nutrition. He’s helped me build habits that actually stick, find ways to handle stress that don’t involve food or alcohol, and rebuild trust in myself. The support has been personal, steady, and exactly what I needed.

Honestly, working with him has been the best money I’ve ever spent on myself. No question.

I started working with Dom about 2…

I started working with Dom about 2 months ago because I felt I was constantly in the gym but not making any real progress and I also had a bit of an all or nothing mind set when it came to food and diet. Dom has helped me find a structure, balance and sustainable routine. He explains the reason ‘why’ behind every exercise and food group which I really like and has helped me build better habits. I’m starting to see real progress now not just physically but also mentally, in how I approach training and nutrition.

55 years old & before Dom led a sedentary life

I'm 55 years old and I've been working with Dom now for approximately 10 months.

Before meeting him, I led a pretty sedentary life.

I worked at home, so I was always sat at my desk and if I wasn't sat at my desk it was sat on the sofa or on a plane or a train, you get the gist.

I didn't have any stamina. I didn't have any strength and really hadn't trained for 20 plus years.

A friend of mine and I were talking about how we've invested in others for expertise like Finance, etc. I quickly came to realise I'd never actually invested in my health.

So that's what I did.

I got a recommendation for Dom and explained to him that I had a sedentary lifestyle and I needed to get fit!

My goal was to be more active and the secondary goals were around being stronger and having more stamina.

Working with Dom, we did an assessment and then really he broke that down the areas.

So I couldn't do push-ups, which has been embarrassing I can now do sets of push-ups.

I'm super proud of that and then once we got past that goal We worked on pull-ups and now I can do pull-ups!

So, nearly a GB athlete!

Couldn't recommend Dom more.

He's obviously younger than me but patient, super knowledgeable and I'm gonna say patient again but we'll push you and that's really what you want.

I hope this helps.

It's certainly helped me in my complete lifestyle.
