We got in contact with Phil as my step son was trying to loose weight and he was just getting conflicting information through social media to the point he was eating a beef burger with an onion 🧅 bun due.
Phil answers all of Bobbies questions and gave him guidance and access to the ap.
He now eats to fuel is hobby which is rugby.
We hound Phil patient and very knowledgeable.
At first we were worried about an eating disorder however now we don’t give it a second thought thought.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I’d honestly give Phil 100++! From day one, he’s been nothing but supportive, knowledgeable, and encouraging. What I appreciate most is that there’s absolutely no judgment—just genuine care and guidance. I’m currently on Mounjaro, and instead of making me feel uneasy about it, Phil worked with me openly and respectfully, which made a huge difference in keeping me motivated.
He’s also taken the time to help me truly understand macros—something I never fully grasped before—and how important they are for reaching not only my healthy weight goals but also my overall fitness and wellness. Light Dragoons Visit
Phil visited The Light Dragoons to deliver a healthy easting/living workshop. It lasted in excess of 2 hours and was well received by all members of the regiment.
This workshop is great to give individuals the knowledge to make adjustments within their lifestyle.

21 Engineer visit
As an ex regular of the British Army, Phil couldn’t miss the opportunity to return back to the camp where it all started for him. He delivered informative information to the soldiers of the future on a subject he is hugely passionate about.
Hosting to over 200 personnel, the session was 2 hours long which had information for everyone with their own personnel goals.
The information aimed to improve the soldiers lifestyle to improve their physical and mental fitness to ensure they remain fit enough for their job.
Phil’s knowledge is second to none and his passion for this subject showed throughout and I’m sure he could have stayed there all day talking, providing advice and information to help people.
His presentation was formulated and presented without effort, it was interactive and engaging throughout.
