Refined Luxury Recensioni

Very efficient service. From the first message to final payment, these guys are the best of the best when it comes to selling your second hand luxury goods!

Very good quality products and professional service!

I had been searching for a specific highly sought after handbag for a couple of years and finally found exactly what I was looking for on a resale platform. After reaching out to James with some questions about the product, I decided to purchase directly to save us both additional fees—and I couldn’t be happier with my decision!

James provided outstanding communication and service throughout the process. Everything, from the packaging to the description and the condition of the handbag, was absolutely spot on. The attention to detail and care exceeded my expectations, and the entire experience was a true pleasure.

I know I’ll be back to purchase from James again in the future, and I can confidently say you won’t be disappointed either!

James is easy to deal with. I am based overseas, we have different time zones but i can’t complain with communication.

Honest and straightforward. John was a gentleman throughout our transaction and as good as his word.

Enquired about selling a Burberry bag to them. Firstly they didn’t respond until I chased up, then when they did, communication was fluffy at first. That being said, they did then reach out to apologise and although I decided against selling them my bag, the owner did give me some good advice on where best to sell.

Amazing service
Absolute pleasure to deal with, from beginning to end.! I was selling, and had complete reassurance about everything and kept in the loop constantly about every step. Great customer service and support from James. Defo use again A++

I stumbled across the site only a week ago and they had the item that very few have that I have been looking for for some time. The key pouch was in excellent quality with an even better price plus there was a lovely welcome offer I was able to take advantage of. The communication was good and they were happy to provide the additional photo I was looking for which secured my purchase. It arrived promptly, working 48 hours of me ordering i and it was packaged well. A really great service thanks again. I will continue to keep an eye out for any future purchases.

I wanted this keychain and refined helped me secure it. Great service, went and arrived quickly.

Great seller! I bought a Saint Laurent bag as a gift. The seller sent me many photos before purchasing and answered all my questions! sent very quickly. In 4 days the bag was delivered from UK to the USA. Great packaging. Thanks a lot!

Quick, easy sale. sent pictures of my item in, sent off item and had the money in my bank next day! will definitely recommend to friends and will use again myself!

Having never purchased pre loved before I was slightly apprehensive, however Becky was very helpful and knowledgeable. The bag I purchased was for an up coming holiday and I couldn’t be happier the bag is in perfect condition. I will definitely be purchasing from Refined Luxury again.

Great experience and great team !! Support is amazing! Fast delivery and high quality product as describe on the website

I made two orders and for sure I will order again !!

Quick, easy sale. Payment made same day in to my bank. Staff was very helpful and really know there stuff… I would definitely recommend refined luxury to my friends and family - thank you

The condition of the bag was exactly as described. However I would suggest that you invest in better packaging. I got my delivery in a used boxed covered in parcel tape with a hand written label, so was a bit worried about how the bag would be inside.

I have used other re-sale sites and they have very nice packaging with their brand name on the inside etc….

Thanks

I have purchased twice and everything has been great, the products are great as described and the customer service is great. I can only recommend!
