Definitely recommend, can't fault in anyway. Received the report and was quite astonished how much detail was in there...very informative and will be my guide when I move for the jobs I need to do... great value indeed.

Daniel was recommended by a neighbour on NextDoor, and I am so pleased we found him. From the initial enquiries with Vicki in the office, to the final written report, we received a first class service throughout, at a reasonable price too.
Daniel called with his initial findings on the day he did the survey, then called again after we received the written report to answer all of our questions. This enabled us to make a fully informed decision to proceed with purchasing the property, after coming to an amicable agreement with the vendor regarding the remedial work needed.

Nothing to say negative. 10/10. I was a first time buyer and no idea what to do, came to know about surveying the property through friend and so did it just a step before receiving keys. Thumbs up to redwood charted survey, you saved me. 80% report came with orange and red mark including main structure.

The survey was carried out promptly and the report received in a few days, thank you.
The report was comprehensive and consisted of 81 pages and included numerous useful photographs.
At first glance the report was alarming and it could have caused serious doubts as to whether to continue the purchase. After consultation with a builder and a roofer we have decided that a significant number of the 19 issues designated as needing urgent attention do not in fact need attending to immediately. A number of the surveyor's comments are along the lines of "could cause a problem in the future" rather than "there is a problem" and do not to my mind take into account the age of the property.
Nevertheless we are finding the survey to have been an extremely useful process and entirely understand that it is the surveyor's duty to alert us to everything he sees.
Overall we are very satisfied with the whole process and feel that it was excellent value for money (especially compared to other quotes).

Was able to have a level 3 survey completed ~1 week after my first contact, with help available afterwards to talk through any potential concerns.

As a first-time buyer, I was hugely impressed with Redwood Surveyors and the survey they carried out for us. They were communicative, friendly, affordable and highly effective. They were quick to respond to our query and were able to book a survey in short time. Our survey was detailed yet accessible, well presented and delivered in a timely manner. I cannot recommend them enough, and will be sure to use their services again should the need arise.

Would highly recommend Redwood Charted Surveyors! We chose them to complete our survey to purchase our first house. The report was received quickly and in great detail. Brilliant service, 10/10! This is not our first house purchase and we were blown away by the service we received. Daniel showed brilliant attention to detail per the report he drafted. He took the time to listen to our concerns and made sure this was clearly explained in detail and offered insightful solutions. Daniel displayed advanced technical knowledge and highlighted various aspects we had never considered.
