This site is an absolute scam. If you deposit money and get a bonus and you bet over 10 dollars ever you never get to withdraw any money and you lose all of your profits. I made 2000 dollars, tried to withdraw it and they denied it and reduced my balance to 50 dollars because "I bet over 10 dollars in a hand" and they sited some fine print that is hidden somewhere on their site. NEVER USE THIS SITE.

I could not sign up to get the welcome bonus . Every time I tried to sign up the site glitched and sent me to a sign in page that kept telling me that I was not signed up at red dog casino . Then when I tried to sign up the site kept glitching .

Red Dog Casino operates under a weak offshore license (Anjouan, Union of Comoros) and shows zero accountability. I strongly advise others to avoid this platform entirely. There are much safer alternatives out there.

I used to enjoy this casino until I actually won something and attempted to withdraw my winnings. I hit $2000 and requested all of it. I was approved for $300. Took over a week to get. Then I requested the remaining balance. I was approved again for $300 more. I’m now on my third request to try and get all of my money at once. This is ridiculous. Save your money and your time.

Won $2500 end of November- 6 weeks ago now going into 7th week.. Billing at red dog said it was credited back to my card on file. I never received. I checked with the bank and they had no record.The billing dept asked for my bank statement which I sent Dec. 28. I contacted chat beginning of november and they said they had elevated it to an account manager.

The last two weeks they do not respond to chat, they do not respond to email and 3 different vip individuals have ignored me as well.

I consider this fraudulent at this point in time. They basically stole my money. This is unacceptable and I will not go away

Tried $80 with 100% match bonus for Blackjack. The game is totally rigged so you don't win any money and it wasnt even fun because I only got to play for 15 min before they screwed me. It is kinda obvious too. I played on Draftkings when I was in a legal state to do so for 10000s of hands and never had this awful luck. Literally almost every hand the dealer wins even when chances are they shouldn't. The only time I get a blackjack dealt to me the dealer does too. I played about 50 hands.
