Do not play here

I have went through the verification process 4 times now, and I'm still not able to redeem. This place is a joke and my advice is to stay away. What's the point of spending lots of money on a site that you can't get any winnings from?

SCAMMERS

Do NOT play at this casino. I’ve played at 100’s of other online casinos this one by far is a total scam. They use KYC and want your routing number and account number (don’t matter if you want to redeem with crypto they still want it) your bank don’t issue bank statements with both on there. Payout is slow, if ever, it’s a waste of time. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Go play at a real casino like Shuffle.us or Stake.us Casino.click is a joke and scam. I hate you Leah. Scammers. I got 500 I still can’t withdraw, scammers.

Never payout timely

Never payout timely, takes even longer than they say it will. This is my third payout request. Submitted morning of April 4. They said scheduled for approval by end of April 8. It's April 10, and status of payout request is still "pending." They say sorry they know it's already exceeded the maximum length of time in which they approve payouts, but claim they're so busy with so many payouts they will get to it when they can. BS. Same thing previous two times I had payouts. Avoid unless you're okay with winning and not seeing that money for about 2 weeks.

Actually a Scam

Update: After taking almost 2 full weeks to get verified. I am now at the redmeption process. I chose the fasted method to redeem for obvious reasons. None of the redemption methods specify business days in their time frame. Plenty of social casinos process payments on weekends. After speaking with support, the redeem timeline does not include weekends OR the day you redeem your balance. Why? They couldnt give me an answer. There's no reason for all of these delays as there are quite literally 15 people using this entire website. There's no reason anything from them should take more than 24 hours. Support just parrots the same copy paste response over and over again. "Nothing we can do. None of our timelines make sense. Deal with it."

This site is actually a scam. Every other social casino has a verification process that takes minutes. So why is this one the exception? They have no problem letting you spend money without being verified, but when it comes to redeeming there's a million hoops to jump through. Stay FAR away from this site.

Staff are attentative

I give casino click five stars after you do the identification process and you upload all your information. They have no problem processing your request in paying out money to you. I have been put thru the run around…

I have been put thru the run around when it comes to my redemption. My bank denied the deposit cause the payment department put the wrong name on it. So now I’m waiting and waiting I have sent numerous emails to the payment department and I feel as tho I’m being ignored. This just isn’t fair at all. When we want to play they want our money RIGHT NOW but time for them to pay its all on their time. I better get my redemption soon and I mean it!

Submitted KYC documents a long time ago. They sent an email asking for follow ups that aren't even possible. What bank statement has routing and account number listed on there? I just submitted the best documents I could. Will change my review if I get my payout in the next few days.

I am a VIP at 16 different social casinos. This is by far the worst process and slowest.

I was honestly a little skeptical at first trying out Click Casino, but I’m glad I gave it a shot. The sign-up process was super quick, and I liked that I didn’t feel overwhelmed navigating the site like I have with other online casinos.

This could have been a 5 star review but in this day and age having redemption times as extensive as yours is absolutely ridiculous and unheard of. 80-90% of casinos now are same day or next day redemption. You should probably make that more clear to people who purchase SC’s from you.

I was paid the entire amount that I redeemed, so I have to say that they are definitely 5 star, because I was afraid they were a scam and they weren't it just takes them a minute to send you the money, but I remember when I first started playing these sweepstakes or a casinos, rather like big dollar casino and some other ones, it would take them a good minute to send me the money, even if it was Bitcoin. This is my first time redeeming

This is my first time redeeming with Casinoclick. So far, the "3 day verification" has been over a week and a half and still no update. I received an email saying if I made a review, it would expedite my review process.... I'm trying to be optimistic, as I could really use this money for upcoming doctor appointments and procedures, but so far the reviews are discouraging.

Chat was supportive when I asked about the review process, but they also said 3 days when it has already almost been two weeks. I know some sites take a longer time to process and verify so I'm not writing anything negative at moment, and will update once when if my verification process even gets accepted first.
