We are still waiting for the second part of our order. This has been very frustrating because we choose you due to availability of next day delivery for a community project we were running.

Unfortunately, we did not have enough stock to fulfil your order. We informed you of this within three hours of you placing your order. We offered to dispatch what we had in stock to you on a next working day service with the remainder to follow.
Your colleague had replied saying this was fine and to dispatch the full amount when we can. We were not aware these were urgent because if we were aware we could have offered and supplied alternatives, and these could have been with you in the required timeframe. As we mentioned in the original email, these are due to us this week; we will dispatch them directly to you as soon as they are.
I understand that not having the full level you had ordered must be annoying and for this, we apologise. We do our best to keep as much stock as is practical, however, in this situation, our suppliers have let us down. This item was on backorder for a while. I am sorry that our levels of service, price and communication did not warrant more than a one-star review.

Adam promptly arranged re-delivery (as he could see the courier had tried to deliver outside of our opening times). Fantastic customer service and we will be returning to place future orders. Fast dispatch
Fast dispatch and arrived just as ordered. Only thing is the 'cans' label is a slightly different size to the others. I would recommend this company and these products.

Great service. Website is straightforward and the live chat was quick and helpful. I was upgraded to an am delivery slot free of charge as the school is closed in the afternoon during the school holidays.

Not as child-safe as we were hoping for
We bought this item as it has a child resistant opening and it does indeed have this, for the opening batteries would be posted through. however, the lid itself simply unscrews and could be opened by any self-respecting 7 year old. I wonder if the wording could be edited to better reflect the extent to which this item is child safe?

Thank you for your review, as a small business we take customer feedback extremely seriously. Constructive feedback provides us with the opportunity to make the service we deliver to customers better.
Our battery bins are brought by schools and other educational settings and are very popular in office spaces. The cap where batteries are disposed through are the same squeeze and twist lid as is found on most bleach caps. The lid that the cap is on is removable for quick disposal but should be able to be screwed tight enough to make it very difficult for children to remove.
We have taken this opportunity to change our product description based on your feedback to describe the lid better and we will change it to;
'it features a transparent container with batteries graphic, an integrated carry-handle, and a child detering safety lid to reduce unauthorised access and potential accidents in child-friendly areas. The cap is the same design as is found on bleach products and the lid can be screwed tight enough to prevent children from opening.'
I hope you feel that this would describe the product better, if you would like to discuss this further we are more than happy to do so. As a small family business we take constructive feedback very seriously and hope that you feel that we have addressed your feedback quickly and correctly.

Quick and accurate delivery. Great product ranges
My order arrived quickly and accurately. We unfortunately had one damaged item but this was quickly sorted out and a replacement dispatched after initial communication and me providing photographic evidence to the company. Very quick and professional service. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.

We are satisfied with the containers. They work as desired and have a relatively large capacity. The collection/emptying of the containers also works without any problems via an easy phone call.
