I'm sorry to hear that some of the bins you ordered arrived damaged, we make every effort in our warehouse to ensure that all bins are packaged safely to avoid any breakages during transit however this can still happen.
I have tried looking for any correspondence from yourself but I could not see anything in our emails. If you could send us pictures of the products when you received them then we can organise replacements to be sent out.

Really please with these recycle bins
Really please with these recycle bins. They are great quality, not flimsy, sturdy when stacked. Makes my life easier now we’ve started the new recycling regime. Worth the money, delivery was hassle free and I was kept updated.

Bin was advertised as due to arrive in 3 weeks, but it actually came next day delivery. Only knocking off a star, as I didn't expect it to arrive so soon, so I wasn't able to organise to be home. Either way excellent service

As this is one of the products we do not hold large amounts of in our warehouse, we do state the delivery time as 'within 3 weeks' and further states in the delivery information 'This item is stocked outside of our warehouse in a European Central Distribution Centre and will usually be delivered within 1 week of order to a mainland UK address'. We state these longer delivery times as we cannot always guarantee an exact delivery time on orders we don't dispatch ourselves.
Where possible we will try to get these items shipped out next day and all customers will receive a dispatch notification via their e-mail.
Apologies if this caused an inconvenience and I hope that your order reached you safely.

Excellent service, easy to order and quick delivery. Slight issue with one of the bins being damaged on delivery, but replacement issued the same day with an apology.

nice bins and will be ordering more , but fixing the plates to them I'm unsure how too. and I didn't get the correct label for my recycling bin.
