Dave Farrell my instructor was great, really patient and took the time to help me learn. I enjoyed my time with him and learning the skill of driving a big vehicle. I passed first time thanks to the training.

Started my training on 23rd September with Lucian. What an amazing instructor. Didn't believe I could do it but he kept me learning and improving. Passed first time on the 2nd October. Would never have achieved this childhood dream without Mainstream and Lucian. Very professional and a great laugh.

Trainers are great, thanks to Russ, Danny and Clyde up in Hull. Bookings team are a joke and the left hand hasn’t got a clue what the right hands doing. Booked onto my MOD 4 twice, both times I was turned away due to a “booking error” as were others, seems to be an ongoing issue as I wasn’t the only person. Ended up making a 190 mile round trip in total, complete waste of time. Won’t be finishing the course with Mainstream.

Thanks to Mainstream for getting me through my HGV1 this week, at the first attempt. Ian the HGV instructor at Sittingbourne was professional throughout and he had the patience of a saint👍 I recommend Mainstream HGV training to anyone looking to gain an HGV licence. There are some duffers out there claiming to be so called HGV training companies as I'd learnt to my cost in the past, but Mainstream restored my faith and they made it possible. They're undoubtedly the people to go to🚛👍

I completed my training here, my instructor was Kieth he is an exceptional instructor. Him and all the guys down at mainstream are very experienced and knowledgeable they made my learning experience fun and were all happy to give help and advice whenever needed. I have and would recommend Mainstream to anyone who would like a fun and informative experience while also training towards getting a HGV/LGV qualification.

I studied at mainstream for a week and found the course very interesting,educational and practical. The tutors were very engaging and seem like they had our best interests at heart but unfortunately I feel I was made a scapegoat as I was dismissed today ultimately for being in recovery from substance abuse. We were approached after lunch today in the classroom because apparently a suspicious powder was found in one of the toilet cubicles. We were informed that we would be subjected to a drug test to I expect find the culprit of the incident as they where a risk to everyone during practical classes I waited for the class to empty and approached the tutor to explain that if I had a test, substances ( cannabis)may still be present as I have only been not smoking for four weeks . The tutor then followed his protocol by asking his fellow tutor who in fact was the mental health and addiction trained staff member trained for this exact event . I again explained My predicament and i have to say he was very supportive. I understand again that he was only following company protocol or legal requirements and then referred me to his superior. After I was sent to a office in which said superior sat and began to only rightly interrogate me about my past addictions and to be fair he seemed to understand and supported me thoroughly through this process. I believe that he knew I wasn't the student who had been involved taking drugs in the toilet as he did offer me a return to the course after the cannabis had completely left my system. Nevertheless I was made to feel like I was being victimised as I know infact that multiple students did actually actively still take drugs. I just hope that lessons can be made from this as someone unfortunate enough not to have the support system around them as I have may regress. Please mainstream if you review this ask you self should a honest reformed man be condemned to being removed from training when a large percentage of his fellow students infact are lying and putting everyone at risk to serious bodily harm.

If you're thinking to train in Sittingbourne please don't. Pass rate first time 67% LOL more like 3%.
Very few lucky guys passes at all. The majority like myself fails the two free exams, pays £50 for the third and don't humiliate themselves anymore. £150 next time and £250 next etc.
