My experience with mainstream Sittingbourne was brilliant start to finish. Office staff were very helpful and emailed me everything I needed to make my journey to driving HGV smooth. All the zoom sessions with Russell, Danny, Stuart very fun and learned a lot about what it needs to become a HGV driver. My driving instructor Kev made me comfortable and made my driving experience better. I would like to say thank you to everyone that has helped me in my journey. I would 100% recommend

Great experience from start to finish. My instructor kev was excellent, knew his stuff and made the lessons a calm and enjoyable experience. Learnt a lot from him.

You are not only professional and extremely knowledgeable about the rules and regulations, but also one of the nicest and most reliable people I’ve had the pleasure to learn from.

Driving with you these past few days was absolutely fantastic. Your clear explanations and calm approach made everything so much easier to understand and practice. Honestly, you’ve made a huge difference in helping me pass my truck driving exam—something I couldn’t have done without your support and guidance.

You’re a legend, Charlie! Thank you again for everything, and I’ll always remember this experience.

I’d also like to thank Nigel for teaching me how to reverse, couple and an-couple the trailer, Clyde for helping me with MoD 4, and of course Iittle Ian - even though I didn’t actually have any lessons with him. The very thought of him running naked through a field wearing a long Russian hat always made me laugh and helped relieve the stress!

The zoom instructors a brilliant, the office staff are incredibly helpful and my practical instructor Mick was fantastic! Proper trucker with a sense of humour whilst teaching to the highest standard. I passed my class 1 with only 1 minor.
Highly recommend Mainstream to anyone wanting a career change!

I'd just like to prop up, Mr.Paul Brewster and Mr.Alex from Swindon Mainstream Bootcamp , they both articulate themselves when explaining maneuvers or general tips in a very professional and patient way.

When you are unsure , they elaborate to reinforce what was said in a way that is understandable for each student.

They take your test as if it was their own, you can see through their teachings , mannerisms and individual attention, years of experience in Lorry Driving, making them perfect for the task .

I want to say thank you to the whole Mainstream team, my instructors and fellow students for everything.

And special thanks to Dimitra Basiou for taking me through the steps of both applying , accepting me in the course and the process once in the course.

I have just passed my class 1 with Alex from the Swindon branch first time.
Alex has been top notch from start to finish. He instructs his pupils 1 to pass and 2 to be a professional driver. Anything I done wrong, he points it out straight away (not nastily).
He keeps you on tip top condition.
If anyone’s wanting to do their class 1 or class 2 licence, I couldn’t recommend mainstream any more if I tried.

I would really recommend mainstream training, from start to finish I have had an excellent experience with them. From the zoom calls with lots of information, to the training and tests. I had Ray as my instructor who was brilliant, the other instructors during my training were all so friendly, helpful and supportive. Can’t thankyou enough!

It was a great and fun experience, the instructor was patient and clear with the lessons.
Highly recommend.

Thank you Mainstream team to help me getting my class 2 license. All the zoom lessons instructors Danny, Russel and Stuart were very helpful during the sessions, they provided so much knowledgeable information about the role of hgv driver. My driving instructor Kevin at sittingbourne taught me each and everything about the driving technique and handling of the trucks. Thanks to him. Thanks to the helpful staff at the sittingbourne and office at Maidstone specially Sophie.

Just obtained my class 1 licence through Mainstream. From the initial contact, through the online training via zoom, passing my theory test then on to the practical training, everyone I've encountered has been fantastic.

The staff on the phones are polite, professional and helpful.
The online tutors are welcoming, informative and provide a great atmosphere to learn.
The practical instructors are amazing. I felt right at home with my instructor Paul Brewster. His faith in my ability to pass the practical test kept me going after 2 failed attempts. Despite my shyness and lack of confidence he welcomed me and made me feel relaxed. He brought out the best in me and under his expert tutelage I'm now a fully qualified HGV driver.

I would highly recommend Mainstream to anyone thinking of getting a class 1 or 2 licence.

Good feedback and great lessons this is the place to go if you want results.

Over the moon with Mainstream!

I had a very good experience, the first half of the course is more course work, zoom calls etc. I mainly did this with Danny he was very good and helpful and made learning fun!

The second half of the course I done in sittingbourne with mick and I would like to say that it was a great experience. Mick was very helpful, understanding, patient, and made it a fun experience. Mick is by far the best person you could have to train you making sure ur trained to a high standard and not leaving any bad habits uncorrected. I passed first time due to mick with only two minors and would like to say a big thank you to mick, Danny and the rest of the team for all the hard work they do keep it up lads ! 👍

Overall I would like to rate Mainstream 5 stars. I think the whole course took me 12 weeks.
I don’t think they need to do anything to improve I had the best experience possible and very thankful for your help and support.
