Alex and the team deal with a number of my properties and the service has been always exceeded my expectations. Units are always busy I basically don’t have to do anything and that is exactly what I asked for when onboarding. Would highly recommend and have to many people .
Can’t recommend Recharge Stays highly enough! From start to finish they’ve been absolutely brilliant, helping me get my property ready and set up on Airbnb and all the other booking platforms.

I used Recharge Stays to set up and manage my serviced accommodation unit in the Scottish Borders. As a buy to let landlord and total novice to the serviced accommodation side, I was a bit apprehensive about what to do. From furnishings to licensing, Alex and the team supported me the full way. I am currently using Recharge Stays to manage two further properties. A total hands- off solution for property investors to maximise income and a service you can trust.

All our serviced accommodation properties managed by Recharge. We have had 80-100% occupancy every month on each property which is consistency I didn’t think was possible. Once the property is live, Recharge ensures it’s a hands off experience and we don’t hear about any of the issues that may occur. We are paid on time every month and are always delighted with the revenue our properties bring in. Couldn’t be happier with the service.
My stay at the property was great it went smoothly. Any questions I had the recharge property team answered. 100 percent would recommend and stay again.
