Having purchased our furniture bookshelf unit and some shelves although we had a slight lead time, they were all very worth the wait. Firstly the unit is amazing, looks amazing, build quality is first class and just fits in with our style. The shelves look amazing so pleased that after much though we ordered them, material is first class and I’d like to thank the team for such craftsmanship. Wouldn’t hesitate to use reborn furniture again in the near future A++++ service

While the quality of the furniture from Reborn Furniture appears to be good according to many positive reviews, my personal experience with customer service was extremely poor. After providing measurements and images for a bespoke bookcase and agreeing on a price, all communication ceased. Despite multiple follow-up messages on WhatsApp and calls over several days, I received no response. It seems from other reviews that communication issues are a common frustration, so be aware of potential delays or difficulty reaching the team. To that end, ive stopped all communications with them and will be taking my buiness else were.

We are really pleased with our desk/shelving unit. It fits perfectly into our space. Looks good and sturdy, it should last us for years.

Carl contacted us re the delivery and delivered the unit as agreed.

It was worth the wait and happy to order again in the future.

It takes a while for items to be built, but you can get a response any time you ask about the progress. Delivery man was extremely helpful and kind. The finished products are glorious at great prices.

A great quality bookcase, nothing like the usual flimsy particle board most furniture shops seem to stock. Really sturdy, very heavy with nice varied selection of shelf sizes, again unlike anything you can find on the high street. Lovely grain to the boards too. Carl the delivery driver also excellent.

Order my shelves in June, but disn't get them till October. I assumed that is because they had a push on social media advertising and then a surge in orders. The order tracker on the website helped keep an track on when we could expect the revised delivery.
When they came I was impressed with how sturdy they are and how natural they looked. Installed in our dining room and boxes put in and WOW, I loved it.
The differently shaped shelves make it ideal for board game storage, which is why I wanted them.
I loved the suble smell of wood when it was new in the room and the fact I now have my dining room floor back. Pluse more space to buy games......off now to see what board games are on sale.

Reborn furniture were excellent from the start to finish. They designed and made my office unit from my very rough sketch and were great at communicating throughout. Solid piece of furniture, lovely finish and exactly what we were looking for when other storage solution companies were stumped.

We gave had our off the peg desk, made to made to measure shelves and matching wall unit for nearly 6 months now. High quality and robust, delivered to to time and in downstairs room. Really good service and great value for what it is!

We ordered this bookcase in JUNE of this year.

We were really looking forward to it.

We even rang and told him when we were going away in July, so he wouldn't have a wasted delivery.

He didn't care less.

FOUR months later - NOT THE 6-8 WEEKS WE WERE PROMISED - and after endless promises about it being ready, (even his unspeakably rude delivery driver told us it hadn't even been built) countless excuses, four failed delivery promises, (we even took a week off work, waiting in for it) the owner finally admitted it was all his fault and "processed a refund".

Except he didn't pay the money to us so we had to go through a third party to get it back.

A lot of hassle, stress, empty promises and we didn't even get the furniture we were hoping for.

If we'd just been kept informed, it might have been different.

Spare yourselves the hassle and disappointment, and buy elsewhere.

READ BEFORE YOU BUY. I ordered a custom TV unit from this firm. I entered the specifications via their online form. I was quoted a reasonable price with the caveat that there would be an additional £70+ delivery charge. I was given a 6 to 8 week delivery estimate and that I would be contacted a week before delivery to arrange an appropriate date. After 6 weeks and having heard nothing since payment I contacted them for an update and was told that delivery would probably towards the higher estimate i.e. 8 weeks. After 8 weeks and having heard nothing I contacted them again and received an email stating that there was now a page on their site where I could check progress. No apology or explanation. I checked the site. My estimated delivery was now 15 weeks from point of purchase. After 15 weeks and having heard nothing I contacted them again for an update and received and email informing me that the unit would be delivered immediately once I had paid the £95 delivery charge. I was also informed that there would need to be someone available to help unload the unit. The unit arrived and on delivery one of the legs fell off. I refitted the leg which was held in by a single screw and set the unit up. I then discovered that it was not to my expected specifications. At this point I phoned Andy the Master Craftsman who told me that my unit would be delivered the following week. I then explained that it had already been delivered and the issues that I had had with it. Once more no apology and that that was not how he had interpreted my instructions. I said I was not happy either the situation and was met with silence. I hung up, probably not the most mature response. After cooling off I emailed them querying whether perhaps I had been sent the wrong unit but if not asking if they could send my original specification which, if ambiguous in any way and open to their interpretation, I would be happy to accept responsibility. They did not reply. After 2 weeks I emailed again stating the same. Once again no response. Whilst the unit looks quite nice it is basically bits of reclaimed timber crudely screwed together but it does have a certain charm in a way that furniture made from old pallets does. It would appear that I am now stuck with it and as it is easily dismantled I have now altered it to suit my needs although some compromise have been made.
