Gary can do the job right
I, like everyone else, was looking for a fixer upper at a cheep price in the Keys. I found Gary McAdams on Google and called him. He told me it might take time but if I can be patient he will find me one. Three weeks later he called me with one that wasn't listed yet. I bought it pre listing and love it. Gary McAdams is the best when it comes to real estate.

The most important feature in any business person is honesty. When I was seeking a Key West realtor I interviewed a lot of them and Gary McAdams seemed to be the most honest. He told me straight up what he could do for me. If there was something he could not do he came right out and told me he couldn’t. I respected that.

These guys are pro! They quickly brought a lot of interested people to look at my house when it was for sale and helped me select the best buyer and close the sale fast! Very professional expedience, I am definitely looking to work with them again!

I told Gary what my desires and needs were in a vacation home. He listened and sent me nine houses to choose from. I narrowed it down to four and we saw them all. Wrote an offer on one and went under contract that day.
