Recommend by my PT (Oakleighmadisonfitness). Used it throughout the ‘Adtrex5000’ challenge in August, clocking up over 500km on a bike or walking. Plus every time I go to the gym. Need to order more very soon!

A great product, I’m currently using Real Hydrate - electrolyte + carbohydrate and whether it’s before or after a workout session I feel more hydrated than I would just drinking water. The berry flavour is great and I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants value for money as it offers many servings in one purchase, The delivery was great with no problems.

Phenomenal flavour, great price and they results are just as advertised for not better, no complaints whatsoever.
