I’ve had a great experience with this company. From the time I filled out the intake info to the time I had cold medicine in hand was 3 days. The doctor left detailed instructions for me and also sent over lab orders. Communication with customer service was great, the co-owners were very responsive and answered all my questions. I love that the pharmacy they use has overnight shipping. I feel very comfortable using this company! I received 5 star treatment and I’m very grateful.

Earlier this week they had advertised a $149 pricing on Strive. I love Strive and just so happen I was looking for a new telehealth that had it at a reasonable price. I looked at several other companies and all were priced above what I was looking for. Then there are some telehealths that were priced competitively that had very poor customer service. Here came HuHealth!

The process was so quick and easy! I ordered on Tuesday evening through a link given to me. There was a hold for the funds but I was not charged until Strive forfilled the order. The website is a little wonky and the questions were too but that was to be be expected for a new telehealth while they worked out the kinks. I provided my RX and asked for a tiration. I was approved promptly the next morning for 14mg (60mg total). Enough for a 15mg dose as well. Emailed every step of the way. Even got emails from Strive themselves with the status of my order which was super nice.

My meds came in this morning ice cold with 5 ice packs. I am over the moon with the customer service and how fast HuHealth worked and got my order out to me.

100% will stick with HuHealth cause they are fast and customer service is amazing! Highly Recommended! 👏🏽

This company has amazing customer service. I asked questions and they were answered thoroughly and almost immediately. They have a wide range of offerings and their at home diagnostics that identify biomarkers are so easy and convenient. The doctor reviews and recommends based on the labs!
