The prices are great, the range is extensive, the communication is excellent and the customer service is exemplary

Ethical, truly ethical. They looked after us duriing the Covid outbreak and I have found them to be lovely people to speak to on the 'phone... no chasing round trying to speak to a real person. They don't take payment until the box has been delivered. If we had a problem with a delivery company they gave us a choice of other companies to try. Unlike some other stores they carry a huge range of ingredients, not just the most popular. This is wonderfuf if you are cooking organic vegan food from scratch.They also have their own label for some things. When I first went to Real Foods many years ago, I came across a review that said the Packing was an art form. They were right!

Regularly seek healthy food. That is RF claim.
I/we need to reduce rich fructose fruits...
Dried fruit is not the best.....higher in sugar/fructose.
But, I do like dry sour cherries.....checked tart was same as sour on RF plastic bag.....and, unfortunately, didn't spot it was loaded with refined sugar (& sunflower:(
Either they do things right with their expensive healthy approach, or let folks admit otherwise.

Not impressed....putting sugar in sour cherries is plain wrong for 'real' foods. End off. I accepted I hadn't spotted this at the RF shop. Sent back my retail shop £4 bag. Gave a complaint....no response.

Clearly not the right retailer I used to enjoy. And, LF's TP response not owning up. Fructose is genuinely a health risk.

Amazing. I am first time buyer. I ordered 25kgs of organic pinto beans which were out of stock at the time of ordering and I got them within a week. Excellent customer service either by e-mail or phone all the way. They will even track your delivery if there is a problem.

Brilliant service, fast delivery, great quality products.
Ive been trying a Paelio diet and theres so much to choose from. Ive had a variety of different goodies. My only negative is I ordered some turmeric root with my last order and one of the roots was a looking a bit old and tired. Otherwise its the second time I've purchased goods from here and I love it, I won't be looking to do my whole foods shop anywhere else.

Competitive prices with reasonable postage costs...orders always arrive quickly too.

Supplied difficult to obtain self raising brown flour with quick delivery at most reasonable price.

Didn't receive order day 1 because the DPD driver went to wrong house. Second day waited in again, same driver 2 mins away he said, waited then ran up road and hes seen parked outside wrong house, waved to draw attention and he just drove away. Day 3 we are now expected to pick up order from a Co op store. Can't say what the product is like as haven't got it. Not the service we expect. The cheek of it is that DPD offer us advice now on how not to
miss a delivery ever again, as though it's our fault. Sorry but this isn't good.
