Real Food is excellent! Ive been ordering for years and a few things went wrong, but it was not their fault. That was ordering apple compot in glass jars -they broke. ...... not their fault. But that isnt the point, the point in this review , is to express the outstanding excellent quality and uniquiness like artichokes and wild garlic, of their fresh vegatables, salads they add flowers to their hand selected salads , it is truly the best fresh produce and all organic, available in the UK I reckon. I cant get organic apricots or onions at tesco but I can at Real Food! I live in NW Wales and they deliver here by DPD free- Thank you real food team, you are Stars! Real Foods stock many brands and products that are hard to find in mainstream supermarkets and local independent shops. Real Foods has become my first choice 'supermarket'. The customer service is excellent, very fast response from real people. The delivery time is fast, the orders accurate and well packed in recyclable packaging.

I don't have a good health food store near me so I always order from Real Foods. Their own brand nuts, seeds, flours etc. are great quality and reasonably priced, and they've a good range of organic products. Delivery is always efficient and they prioritise sending whole order once available rather than split it over a few days.

Tracking didn't work (bounced between Parcelforce & Royal Mail). No advance notification. Delivery was dumped on the front doorstep while we were away. Left out overnight in paper/cardboard packaging that had burst open. Not very clever for a perishable food delivery!

Very good service. I have ordered from them a few times now and the quality of the foods they supply both fresh and dried is excellent. They also have a much larger variety of organic products available in their online shop than many other places.

I order regularly from Real Foods. It stocks good quality good value products that I can't get in our local shops. The wide range of ethically sourced, vegan and vegetarian ingredients is fantastic. I also appreciate the good communication from Real Foods about my order, and that they give the option of holding the order to get items that are not in stock. Great service, great food.

Whenever I’ve ordered from Real foods, they’ve sent the order out really quickly (and because the product is in glass jars), well protected. The products that I purchase are great value too.
