I would still like my refund...
I ordered on a Friday, shipping said it would arrive that following Monday. Perfect!
On that Monday I got shipping info saying it would be delivered in a week. This was far too long to wait. I would never have ordered if that were the case.
I tried contacting support that same day to cancel and get a refund. I never got any response. I went to get some carriages in person becuse I needed them. a week later they were delivered and now I seem to be stuck with an over stock because this companies communication was so poor. They have inaccurate shipping estimates and support doesn't respond. Would not recommend. I would still like my refund...

Sorry for the negative shopping experience. The cartridge you ordered was out of stock at our West Coast warehouse, so we shipped it from our East Coast warehouse, causing the delay.
The return label was emailed to you on September 10, but we have not received a response. And the cartridge has not been returned. Can you return the cartridge for a refund? We will process it as soon as we receive the returned product.

Our original shipment was lost in transit, but after emailing Ready Toner, an associate named Annie took control of the order and had a new shipment sent. We received our package within 2 days, after that.
When I had questions about how to use the product, Annie was quick to provide a tutorial, and an offer to further assist if it was needed.
The tutorial worked like a charm, so thank you to whomever created it!

Not useable in a Brothers printer
The toner cartridges I bought for my Brothers printer, put a Magenta stripe down the side. They yellow continues to throw an empty error every 4 pages, and now I get random drum errors

Be careful making should the printer model details
The description is slightly off. So I have to return the cartridge, because it is not fully compatible.

We're sorry that you haven't received your order yet. We checked the shipping status and found that your order was shipped on March 4th.
However, since TN830 is a new product, we only have inventory in the CA warehouse, so it takes longer to arrive.
But don’t worry, we will have stock in the East Coast warehouse soon. We can ship this item from the NJ warehouse when you buy next time. Orders sent to MI can be delivered in 2 days.

Wow, what great customer service. I honestly was reluctant to purchase my toner supplies from this company because I had not heard of them but took a chance and I am so glad I did.
