No Chip Removal Tool
I initially could not locate the Tool required to remove the chip from my old toner, so I contacted Ready Toner for assistance. They were very personable and helpful in assisting me with my oversight. My needed tool was there all the time with the Black toner! Hats off to a great team at Ready Toner!

Not recommended for HP
Though tools are included for chip transfer and is not difficult it failed to function. I couldn't get online or phone assistance and was unable to print until I had a OEM HP cartridge delivered. Now I'm waiting for RA and will be charged $15 shipping and 10% restocking fee. Time is money and Ready Toner is not a savings.

Not the advertised Google Top Quality Badge
The toner I ordered was not the original Brother. Shipping has been painfully slow and arrived later than expected, but is not even the same that was advertised. They have Google top quality badge, with "exceptional" for shipping. It states Free 0-4 day delivery over $50.01. My total is over $200, I ordered 9 days ago + UPS delay.

I did not have to wait very long for my replacement toner to arrive at my address. I like the cost of the replacement toner too. It is cheaper than going to the store I usually get my toner replaced.

Correction of number of toners
The website order 2 and I assumed this was 2 toner of ink. When it arrived, I was to that it was 1 toner and a drum. To find this out, you had to click on the icon.
This should have noted without clicking. Whom ever I spoke corrected the problem by sending me a 2nd toner.

Terrible products that do not work. Their chip "transfer" system is a joke. Terrible customer service that refuses to take a return.

We temporarily ran out of inventory in our PA warehouse, which caused a delay. Typically, delivery takes 2-3 business days from this location.
We offer a lifetime warranty on our TN229 toner cartridges. If the yellow stripe is a quality issue, we're happy to send a replacement. Our sales team will reach out to you shortly.
The price was really good
The price was really good. It took a little bit longer to come than I anticipated, but that is expected. Otherwise this company is where I will be buying my toner and drum kits going forward.
