DIDN'T HAVE THE FRIDGE DOORS FOR A LEFT SWING WITH THE HANDELS ON THE RIGHT AS REQUESTED! COST ME TIME AND MONEY ESPECIALY BEING A PARAPLEGIC AND CONFINED TO A WHEELCHAIR CAUSING ME UNDO STRESS AND PHYSICAL EXERTION, NOT TO MENTION A EVEN LONGER DELAY TO HAVING A PAID FOR FRIDGE TO USE!

To start with we had a great experience in the carpet area with Steve. He helped us pick out a carpet that was on sale. Set it up for us with the financing and the delivery. The installers were amazing. They replaced 3 rooms of carpet, moving the heavy furniture for me and was done by noon!! I have purchased many furniture items from RC Willey. It's the best.

My couch was not working properly when I received it. I called the salesman that sold it to me and never received a call back. I was very disappointed with his customer service. I am not sure what I can do about my couch not working properly.

It’s the staff. We have been a customer for almost 30 years and have always worked with the one and only, Patty Davidson, who is the best. She is part time now
( deservedly so, hopefully the company did not cut her wages in half ) and is being
ably assisted by Brant Furiman, who has
big shoes to fill.

I bought a couch and a loveseat two or three months ago. The couch has been delivered and I’ve been waiting for over a month for the loveseat now they’re charging me started charging me 50 a payment and I haven’t got the loveseat now they’re charged me $80 in interest in penalty or or whatever because I am a day late, I think I’ve been told that they’re gonna deliver it like four or five times but they don’t deliver it. I’m not too happy.

Excellent products (Pure-Tech and Smart-Strand). Also, competent and professional sales team members: Van and Steve.

RC Willey met my expectations, which were very high.

Our salesperson Ginger was excellent being so patient and knowledgeable.
Pablo and install crew were also wonderful.

I ordered Salt lake store but then had to travel to Orem to pick up the mattress. I never would have bought it if I knew I had go to Orem on memorial weekend bumper to bumper traffic for 3 hours

Experience with furniture purchase was excellent. Experience with carpet was very disappointing. For the second time purchasing carpet from RC Willey, the installer was unprofessional, and did a poor job. Unlike baseball, for us, 2 strikes and we are OUT when it comes to buying carpet at RC Willey.

I ordered a chest of drawers online that was to be delivered in approximately 5 days. Four weeks later I still don't have it. I spoke to Roseville and Utah staff, all of which told me it was "in transit".
Week 4 I spoke to Brian in Utah. Again, I got the "in transit" answer. I said, "I understand you have a new computer system and that can be frustrating and take awhile to work efficiently for everyone. However, everyone is looking at the same screen and telling me the same thing. You KNOW that 4 weeks later it is not still in transit". Do I need to cancel this or what". Brian was totally willing to "cancel my order, if that's what i wanted"!? I told him, "I WANT the dresser, but?". I waited patiently while he was checking 2 more times. Then we got disconnected and after all the information that was shared, I was very disappointed that Brian did not call me back.
The next day I called Utah customer support again. Brian wasn't at work but Aubrey said she'd look into it. She put me on hold a few times, but consistently came back on telling me her progress of identifying the problem, correcting the problem, verifying with a manager, and attaching the payment info to get this back on track.
