Ease of mind that you can find and purchase what you want and receive it in a timely manner.

Order not ready when promised. No answer when calling for status. No idea what's happening. Ridiculous.

The guy that pulled the order was the only good thing about this visit. He was pleasant and quick. I got there and the one girl was busy and the other guy was sitting there and looked at me, but then she didn't offer to help me.I had to wait until the girl was done with her other person. There was also supposed to be a free gift but when i asked about it she acted like she didn't know what it was and said that it was usually a tape measure but didn't know so i got nothing.

I placed an online order and called before I went to pick it up since I never received an email telling me it was ready. When I went to pick it up I waited at least 30 minutes and kept asking the person at the will call desk if there was a problem and how long it would take. He was busy playing on his phone and couldn't be bothered. He said I would just have to wait. Finally another person around said they would research...they couldn't find my order and told me I would then have to go to customer service to cancel the order. There was nothing they could do to replace the items I had ordered and came to pick up because it was a different SKU. I then proceeded to customer service she didn't care to help either just saying..."so you want to cancel it." Never attempting to make it right and correct my order. I told her I would just go get it at Best Buy. You should work on your customer service and maybe have employees not on personal calls or playing on their phones while customers are around. Why would you tell me my order is ready but don’t pull it until I arrive. That doesn’t make sense…when I place an order at Target, Walmart or Nordstrom they tell me when it’s ready and I go get it. They don’t wait until I arrive, verify my ID and then pull it. Just tell your employees to be kind your customers and don’t treat me like I’m a nuisance interrupting their phone time.

We've visited RC Willey twice for appliances. This we've done after visiting Home Depot, Lowes, and other stores and finding they had nothing in stock beyond floor models and we would have to schedule delivery and wait for someone to come to our house. We love being able to get the appliance we want from a nearby warehouse and bring it home the same day. We haven't got time to mess around. We are get 'er done kind of folks. We've also been able to get quality appliances at reasonable prices and are very satisfied with the washing machine and dishwasher we purchased there. We got good warranties too which hopefully we won't need. We'll make RC Willey our fist choice going forward.

Choosing new carpeting for our jointly-owned cabin was a process that took several months. Jade was helpful and patient as various members of our group checked out samples and we sorted through requirements, likes and dislikes. She returned contacts quickly and provided all needed information. Installation went as projected, with one small exception. I requested the installers contact the member that would be there to let installers in the night before, and they did not follow those instructions, so the member did not know when they were coming. Otherwise is was a problem-free experience. Thank you

Annie, our salesperson was fabulous in Salt Lake City. She was knowledgeable, took initiative to provide us with all of the samples, information we needed. Her follow-up was amazing.
The delivery and installation went very smoothly.

Carpet installation went great! Very pleased with the installer and the carpet!

Yvette at the Salt Lake City store was willing to go above and beyond when helping me to buy a couch. I couldn't make up my mind and she showed no judgment, only encouragement. I will definitely come back to RC Willey for future needs and hope that Yvette is still there!!

Later, I called customer service to explain a billing issue - which was quickly resolved to our satisfaction.

Order was fine though the website didn't accept a coupon code that RC Willey sent directly to me...the real problem was that my item was supposed to be available for pickup today (almost a week after I ordered it), but I received an email saying it's not ready "we'll notify you" when it is (whatever that means). Really bad stuff here.

Refrigerator was shown to be in stock with a pickup of the following day. I ordered based on this information, and the order detail status verified that pickup was the next day. Per the order details, I called ahead 30 minutes prior to pickup to verify that it was ready. I was then told that it was not available and was being transferred from another location and would be an additional two days.
Now sitting here without a refrigerator for two more days.
Not happy.
