Several things could have gone better.
1. Washer was backordered. When I checked on it, no one had assigned the inventory to my order.
2. Delivery date was given. No email or text provided confirming that date. I had to call to confirm.
3. Getting a real person to answer questions is VERY difficult.
4. Arrival time shifted from 9 to 11. Eventually, arrived after 1pm.

We ordered a $3000. bed in June. Delivery was delayed twice. When it arrived in late July, it was not what we were told we would be getting. We were assured it would be one WHOLE mattress; it was two. On top of that, one of the split mattresses was the incorrect firmness. We asked immediately for it to be returned. R.C. Willey would not respond to us! After several days, we received only text messages stating that we could only "reselect" our mattress. Now we are stuck with TWO mattresses (one of which is the incorrect firmness) when we were assured that we were getting only one. We asked several times before buying!!! Now, R.C. Willey will NOT refund our money. The salesperson will NOT answer our phone calls, nor can we talk with a manager. When calling Customer Service, I was put on hold for a long time and then when finally answered, they didn't ask and they put me through to a voicemail. I want to talk with a person!
R.C. Willey has $3000. of our money and we are stuck with a mattress we cannot use!!!! We were hoping to buy a dishwasher and a leather couch from them. Not now!!!

We looked for a new sofa online and at their showroom and found just what we were looking for at a price we could afford. The only negative I can give is the salesperson in the showroom was following us around, which made it a less relaxing experience. We ended up ordering our sofa online.

I had some money from one of your buy back program. I do not remember ever being told that it expired. I came in to purchase something but it had expired. The associate ask management and they honored it even though it expired. Wonderful customer service.

I have to begin by saying I hate shopping for furniture because the sales people usually don't listen to us about our style or what we're looking for, but today Vic changed my mind by actively listening to help us find the perfect living room furniture without being pushy trying to get me to buy something I didn't love. He was so patient with me being my usual picky self. Vic practically rearranged half the store to put end tables next to sofas and chairs to ensure I chose the perfect set I would love and be happy with.

We have bought many items from Frigerators with warranty (we had a manufacturing issue with one about a year right after and they sent a technician right away), freezers, washer and dryer, range, cook top, dish washer, beds, chairs, etc. from RC Willey and have never been disappointed. The sales staff, customer service and delivery staff have been courteous to us and each other, respectful, helpful and informative with no pressure to buy. This time we bought a new gas cook top. They shipped from Itah to our home. My family usually stops there first when looking for items.

I purchased a chest of drawers that did not work out for us — several pieces were damaged on arrival as I unboxed the item. The box was damaged overall and I feared I would continue to find more broken pieces as I unboxed the many pieces that had to be assembled and then have a unreturnable mess on my hands. I phoned Customer Service and spoke w/ Tom. He offered me a variety of options but I simply wanted to return for a full refund. A full refund was issued. I would look forward to dealing w the company again for future purchases. I saw that they stand behind their product. Impressive. Thank you to Tom and RC Wiley!

We were scheduled to have our dryer delivered and installed. We were notified a week before as well as the day before with an estimated time window. Also recieved several texts that morning that they were on their way, the last one saying they were minutes out. 20 or so minutes before the last notice I got a call that my dryer wasn't on the truck and the next delivery to my area would be 2 weeks later. That was unexceptable as I no longer had a dryer. Spent close to an hour on the phone with a nice lady from corperate who tried to get an answer but really couldn't. 3 calls to the store and couldn't talk to anybody. Finially drove to the store, a 70 mile round trip, to talk to our sales rep who after finishing with a custormer was nice enough to help us find another one that I picked up myself, unloaded myself and spent the next 4 hours installing, setting up and changing the door swing to the other side. 11 hours after it was supposed to be delivered and installed I finially had my dryer ready to use. The $100 that R C Willey gave me for my trouble didn't even come close to making me a happy customer

Wow, customer service is non existent. Rocklin CA store. Ordered $7000 worth of outdoor patio furniture including a firepit. 4 of the tiles on the pit table were chipped upon delivery. Took 7 months to get replacements. One of the 4 cracked again now it's going to take 7 months for one tile. Customer service doesn't care. They are made on Mars not in China. Never shop there.

I was able to order exactly what I wanted by finding it online and calling the store. The salesman was so helpful on the phone—-we got the TV ordered, paid for and a delivery date set all in that one phone call!

Furniture delivered to wrong address the first time then the second time some itmes missing from the order and one returned with missing hardware. It’s just been headache after headache. This is my first time having this problem after a decade of using RCW
