We worked with customer service (extended warranty division - Rocklin, CA) in respect to a refrigerator that had the same issue on multiple instances.

The refrigerator was replaced at no cost to us.

Customer service and Delivery Service was excellent.

Got a great price and the customer service there can't be beat! Delivery service was fast and they did everything and hauled away our old stove. RC Willey is the best. Highly recommend!

Lake Appliance was organized and efficient. The Lake Appliance repair schedulers were positive, understanding, good listeners, good communicators, and professional! The Lake Appliance Service Technician, Ryan was prompt, showed up when he said he was going to show up, very knowledgeable about my KitchenAid dishwasher, pleasant to talk to, professional, a good listener, a good communicator, courteous and polite!! Ryan, the Lake Appliance Service Technician and Lake Appliance were "AWESOME"!! Lake Appliance and their Service Technician, Ryan deserve a "10++++++" for their OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Great service from salespeople and great service from delivery team.

Had an electronic switch go out in a reclining sofa that we got from RC Willey about a year ago. Reported it in April and someone came out. Said it needs a new switch but the part won't be available until end of July. End of July came and went. Nothing in August either. Finally came out in Septermber. They kept scheduling dates to come out and then would cancel due to emergencies or said they ran out of time in the day. It took 3 seperate canceled appointments until they finally showed up. They promised a text prior to showing up during our window appointment. They came outside of our window appointment time and did not text they were coming. We were woken at 7:30 am in the morning to the repair person. I've had worse experiences, but it all just didn't sit well with me.

Bought a new HP desktop - amazingly good price -- wish me luck, as I hope it's my last computer in this lifetime!

They would not take the old mattress away when I bought a new mattress said I needed a bag and it did not say that on the Internet when I ordered it had to wait a week to get it picked up. When it was picked up, I was told it could’ve been put in a bag from the new mattress since it was a full-size mattress.

Great service for mattress purchase on line

Our salesperson, Sam, was great. He really took the time to explain the differences between mattresses until we are comfortable to make an informed decision. The delivery service was also good. They showed up as scheduled but unfortunately while in the middle of assembling the bed frame, one of them got injured while in the truck and had to be rushed back to the warehouse and eventually sought much needed medical attention. I reached out to Sam and explained what happened. He immediately volunteered to swing by my residence after his done with his shift in order to do what he can. Fortunately, within an hour or so the other delivery person returned and completed the service. I also received a phone call from customer service to confirm that I will be receiving a $50 discount on the bedframe due to a small damage.

RC Willey was quick to honor my request for a gift card for half the balance of our refrigerator's extended warranty cost that we bought, since we made no claims against the warranty during the first five years of ownership. The Extended Warranty Dept. was very courteous and helpful.

I had a wonderful experience at RC Willey. Everyone I interacted with was outstanding, from the salespeople to the checkout counter staff, customer pick-up team, and the person who helped load my table into my car. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and friendly. It’s clear that customer service is a top priority here. I truly appreciate the great service and will definitely be back!

Beau Garcia helped us in the store. He was pleasurable to work with. We were able to look through the bedroom section and he was always there to answer our questions. He was even able to help us select the perfect lamps.

Every person I dealt with in this transaction was exceptionally polite, courteous and helpful. The woman who answered the phone when I called the Rocklin store helped answer my first round of questions and when I had to call back for help placing the order, she remembered me and got me to a great sales rep Jeff Jacobs. He was super helpful in resolving the internet issue that prevented the refrigerator I ordered from being delivered to me. He followed up several times to make sure everything was perfect. The two gentleman who delivered the refrigerator were early, fast and very helpful. What ever you are teaching your employees about customer service is very noticeable. Thanks for a great shopping experience.

I love the variety of merchandise and the great prices. I purchase the majority of furniture at RC Willey.

Canceled last minute after we already rearranged our three day weekend to be home. Not very customer service friendly
