They loaded us up pretty fast and the products which were a stove and dishwasher are just excellent.I first went to Lowe's and they just screwed everything up and RC Willy came to mind that they also sell appliances and I'm happy went with them

Another job half done
They said they couldn’t take the new fridge up the stairs. But they took the old one down. When I got here they were gone and the new fridge was in the garage. Everybody wants to find a way out. There is no short cuts. Just do the work.
I’m 60. I had to get it up stairs and in my kitchen in the dark by myself. Way to go RC Willey. Thanks allot. We are putting it together now. I think we paid for you guys to do that. DO We GET Our MONEY back. ????? Propably not. My glasses got bumped off my head and broken.there went $600.00.

Ordered online for in-store pickup
Ordered online for in-store pickup, website said it was in stock. Recieved email the next morning that it was intrransit to the store and should be available.that day. Email stated another email that item was available for pickup.
3rd day never received an email so at 1pm gave them a call, oh sure you item is here.
Just glad I called and did not wait for an emai.

Ventless dryer dripping from bottom…
Ventless dryer dripping from bottom hose connection. Hose attached to bottom connection running up hill to drain isn't draining properly. Should have been attached according to installation manual which it isn't. Was going to fix myself but the included parts were taken away. Missing is the rear drain plug and the elbow hose connector.

We have purchased everything from RC…
We have purchased everything from RC Willey since we moved to Nevada. We always get the protection plan because as they say if they can’t fix it, they will replace it. Well the one time we need. The warranty we are now told sorry it doesn’t cover anything if you want to fix your item you’re going to have to pay for it. We bought a recliner for $1400. The base is messed up not a hard fix. They ordered the base told us it was covered. The base gets here and I get a text message saying oh the base is here but you’re going to have to pay for it. It’s not covered. In confusion I call because I have the extended warranty and I’m told no it’s not covered by a very rude woman. I even spoke with my salesman. He was shocked and said no it should be covered well it’s not so beware if you spend the extra money at RC Willey you’re going to be burned They could care less about their customers

Hi Angie! I apologize for the inconvenience and frustration you have experienced. Our records show that you purchased the rocker recliner as is at our Reno store. The extended warranty that you purchased is for the motor of the recliner. The rocker base and springs are not included in that warranty as they are not related to the motor. I recommend calling our extended warranty department at 801-464-2340 if you need further clarification on what is covered by the warranty you purchased. They are open from 10 am to 6 pm MT Monday through Friday.

Couches not delivered when promised and having to wait an additional week
We were supposed to get a dinning room table and couches on Wednesday, June 25th. The table was delivered but the couches were not. I understand that mistakes happen but what I didn’t appreciate the cavalier attitude towards the error. We were told that it would be another week until the couches were delivered. There was no effort put forth to have the couches delivered in less than a week. Again, I am okay with the mistake, but I am not happy with the lack of effort in making the situation better.
The 200 dollar RC Willey gift card towards another purchase is a continuation of the minimalist effort towards the errant delivery. The term discount is misleading to the customers reading your response. A discount implies RC Willey refunded money on the couches I already purchased, which would have been a nice gesture. That is different to providing a 200 dollar gift card that forces me to spend more money at the store in order to redeem my compensation.
