Ordered online, which said items would be available for pickup on a certain date. Drove 2 hrs to pickup and they didn’t have the items.

I wanted to make sure the item I am purchasing is available to pick up on a Saturday and was assured that this item would be available!

Sales people are very knowledgeable and zeroed in on our needs without overselling. We made decisions on washer/dryer, tv and bbq in probably 30 minutes based your reps knowledge.

My Lg tv warranty I purchased expired after 5 yrs and I managed to save the paperwork. I never had to implement the warranty with any repairs. I called because RC Willey offers a buyback at 50% of the cost of the warranty after expiration and no repairs. They responded right away and sent me my coupon for an in-store gift card via email. No problem!

Lane Nakao was our salesperson for the carpet we purchased. Lane did an excellent job. He kept us informed of all of the critical parts of the purchase: we knew when the carpet was delivered, he helped us with the scheduling and made the whole transaction very smooth and pleasurable.

Love RC Willey's selection, prices, quality - the works. What made my actual purchasing experience so over-the-top awesome was Julie Dragony, who patiently helped me make all the decisions I was waffling on, just like a friend would. No pressure - only awesomeness. I'm such a fan!

The gentlemen who delivered our washer, dryer and refrigerator were very pleasant and knowledgeable. Zero complaints with our delivery!

The only hiccup that occurred was that our perfectly running refrigerator that they moved into the garage, no longer worked after it was moved. We have tried troubleshooting every scenario, but it is still dead. We have a repair person coming out tomorrow.

I'd say that 2/3 of my house is furnished with RC Willey furniture and appliances, and even despite this happening, I will 100% go back to them again.
