Excellent place to get your home furnishings from. They are willing to do whatever it takes to help you find just the right piece for you home. I met with Craig and he is the man. Knowledgeable, polite, patient, and got us a great deal on the couch we wanted without any compromises. Will be back to happily spend my money hear again.

I wanted to say Uriel, and his co-worker that help My husband and I on 5-8-24 about 7:30 PM were amazing. They helped us with a minor issue and I have to say they are very Professional, Smart and it was a pleasure to have them help us. Thank you for have them on your team. I feel bad because I did not get the two ladies name. Thank you for the best customer service.

The buying experience with Lane was very easy , positive and professional . The install went great! Leno and Oscar were punctual , hard working and great to work with .

I bought a speed queen washer and I have been having problems with it. I have reached out to RC Willey several times and no one has bothered to call me back and help fix the problem. Also, we purchased some carpet and I was not happy with the customer service from the carpet salesman.

I ordered an item april 27th and have not heard a word about delivery. After all this time fed ex has only created a label. Nothing further. It’s simply a runner rug not a freight item. Just seems to be sitting in limbo. It was an in stock item so what’s the hang up. I won’t be ordering again via online. I live in Reno and should have picked it up. Disappointed

Will never buy from rc Willy again. Bought a bed,fridge,washer and dryer 3 weeks ago . Very slow delivery, when I called to ask where my dryer is, oh it’s on truck in route..... no body knows where, or when it will be delivered. Absolutely no accountably, just no customer service. No excuses or apologies, you guys know your not doing your job. Canceled my order. Called headquarters in Utah, said they couldn’t help me because I live in Nevada.

I ordered a chest freezer and the website defaults to pick up. ( I recommend no default so the buyer can input either pick-up or delivery). I immediately noticed the error after purchase and tried calling the store. I waited on hold over an hour then hung up. I called right back, spoke to the same operator and said I've been holding over an hour. She replied "yes there is a caller ahead of you" I asked "you mean I've been holding for over an hour because of the same caller ahead of me". She said yes. I've shopped in store several times and there are several workers upfront. Why wouldn't one of them picked up the phone. Not a pleasant experience and my issue still isn't' resolved.

Your drivers/delivery men were in a “do the least possible” mode that is a 180 vs. your in-store people. I’m not impressed. If you’d like details, feel free to call me.

The only thing I had an issue with was finding the installation kits for the range and dishwasher. I would love to order those parts with the product. Otherwise we have always had great customer service when dealing with an order, your team make are pick ups a very fast easy stop.

The delivery guys broke a water line when they tried to install my washing machine so it flooded my laundry room and then the washer was just left on my back outside sidewalk and I was told I needed to hire a plumber to fix the busted water line. I ended up fixing the leak. Now I have a huge hole in my wall because the busted line was behind the drywall. I am going to have to replace the drywall and baseboards in laundry room. I am still waiting on a call from corporate to file a report insurance claim

I called customer service and was advised that my washing machine was covered under the extended blue rewards warranty. They advised that they would arrange the repair with Lake Appliance. After 10 days I had not heard anything and called Lake Appliance. They had no contact from RC Willey. I called customer service again and there was no record of my original call. The service agent advised my appliance was actually out of warranty and not covered. I went 2 weeks and no contact. Thankfully I called a second time.

Thank you for the reply. Unfortunately, the issue is that the agent gave me the wrong information and then I waited with no follow up. There should’ve been some follow up from RC Willey letting me know so I could’ve moved on instead of waiting for a repair that was never going to happen, unfortunately I had to call Lynn rather than someone call me. Additionally, the blue rewards program is advertised as a two-year warranty. Once you read the 5 print, you realize it’s actually one year because the manufacturer already provides one year.

I purchased a new Speed Queen washer & dryer from RC Willey.
The washer lid is extremely loud and squawks every time it is open or closed.
I phoned the store customer service at 775-337-4660 on Friday January 26, Wednesday February 7 and am currently on hold (49 minutes and counting) Monday February 12.
I have been told someone will phone me to set up an appointment each time I speak to the customer service department - but so far no one has phoned and I am being completely ignored.
I would not recommend this company based on my personal experience.

My end table was delivered earlier than anticipated. It is beautiful and came fully assembled. I will order again!
