We had a few problems with delivery but thanks to our FABULOUS Sales person,Carl Cruz…… everything was taken care of . The customer service and Carl receive 5 stars! Many thanks!

Inhad a very great experince with joshua joseph. He was very helpful and nice gave me. Few. Choices to choose from sincethey didnt have the. Bed in stock. That i wanted . Very polite. If i have to go back i would only shop with him. Great cuatomer service highly recomend him ..

We moved here almost 5 years ago from out of state and purchased a new washer/dryer and big screen tv from RCW. Very happy with them!
We remodeled our kitchen about a year ago. We got all new appliances. So very happy with everything including price and installation.

Most recently purchased a new Sealy mattress with an adjustable bed frame in addition to a dining room table.
The delivery crew was very pleasant but not thorough at all in examining the table or mattress before they left. We had to ask them to open the table to see the leaves function. They tried and it did not open. It felt as if someone glued the sides together.
They left a box with screws and braces for the frame headboard along with the bed remote control No explanation for either. Soon after they left, we noticed a big depression on the side of the mattress. I called RCW the next day and got a new mattress a few days later. We are still waiting for replacement of our dining table.
Overall, a good experience but not a great one! Delivery crew appeared very hurried and did not explain operation of or inspect items before they left.

They did not deserve 5 stars as they did for our other major purchases.

The carpet layers were on time, and very efficient. Very pleased with the results. They removed the old carpet, cleaned up, and vacuumed. Would recommend RCWilley for carpeting and installation.

I recently purchased a new TV from RC Willey and had their installation team install and mount it over my fireplace. Benjamin Smith and Jeremy Packer were my installers. They are professional and experts at what they do. I was so pleased with their customer service I had them come out to install a second large TV that also required mounting. Kudos to Ben and Jeremy. RC Willey is lucky to have you two! I know who to contact if I need support with installation again! Thank you!

RC Willey ordering has issues regarding availability, delivery, and pickup locations. Going on a trip? Don't rely on them to delivery accurately or on time. Pick up is a crap shoot also. I have been with them for a long time and lowest pricing is not why I go there, its the customer service and convenience I usually pay for. Now, not so much of a going forward option.

Service rep was very rude when I tried to use my rc wiley gift card. She told me it was expired when there was no expiration date and dihave a denomination when it was clearly visible. I asked to speak to the store manager she refused and got her “supervisor “ who I assume was her coworker as she didn’t seem concerned. She did allow me to use the card but I felt like I had to prove I had a legitimate card. I am very reluctant to use your company in future furniture endeavors as this is not the first time I’ve been made to feel inadequate interacting with your staff

RC Willey delivered and hung a big screen TV on my son’s bedroom wall yesterday. We had a lot of choices about where to shop and who to have do this work in our home. We always seem to opt for RCWilley because of their professionalism and reliability. And again, yesterday, they did not disappoint. 👍

Dealing with RC Willey was the worst experience of my life and I’m a shopper! I paid for a new refrigerator that was promised to be delivered the following day. After receiving a text, email, and phone call verifying delivery the next day, I received another email late at night stating I would need to schedule delivery as it would not be delivered the next day as promised. I only purchased it there because Josephine Santos told us they had one on site and obtained signatures from two managers to ensure the delivery which she said was no problem since there was one on sight. A refrigerator was finally delivered but it was not new. There is writing on top, scratches on the plate by the ice/water dispenser, shelves were missing and there was grease on the bottom in the freezer. After over a week I was told to come in for my 10% refund and new shelves. I received the shelves but not the refund because Santos hadn’t closed the invoice and Shelley wouldn’t call her back to do what was needed. I have emailed the corporate office three times and after sixteen days, I still don’t have my refund. Now they will not even respond to my phone calls or emails. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone! Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere!

Josephine Santos asked me to come into the store to pick up the shelves and my refund on April 19th. We went to the store. She gave me the shelves but Shelley could not process the refund because she said Josephine left “the invoice open” and that she would have to talk to her. She refused to call her to close the invoice and that she would have to talk to her. We were once again refused the refund and dismissed. When I texted Josephine her response was that it was a new system. Today is April 30th and I still don’t have my refund and 3 year warranty as promised.

After posting this review, I was contacted by Chris who told me he could either send me a check or I would need to come into the store to get my refund. He talked with a lady the whole time he was talking to me. So rude!

Ritchie Morrison, the sales manager from the Henderson store contacted shortly thereafter unaware that Chris had contacted me. He said the Chris was incorrect and that with the new system refunds could be posted directly to the credit card used for the purchase. He assured me that the refund was sent to the credit card I used for the purchase that day. Today is May 7th. That refund has yet to post to my account. RC Willey has yet to follow through with their promise to compensate me for paying for a new refrigerator but being delivered one that was not. Again, RC Willey should be the last place you should spend your money.

New computer system? This system completely caused our order to be wrong! Wrong time for delivery, wrong parts delivered, wrong service people to handle the problem.
Very unhappy.

Our consultant, Derrick Blackburn always helps is find exactly what we need for our home. They have a wide selection and quality furniture.

We used a rebate for a set of sheets. We purchased and redeemed the rebate online, however, the desk could not find the sheets we ordered, they were on clearance. We were asked to come back once the sheets arrived. Instead of leaving we decided to speak with someone in the bedroom furniture area. Korey Nance helped us and found the sheets in the clearance area, spoke with the manager to take care of any paperwork, and walked us back to the pick-up area.
He went out of his way to assist us, and we want to let you all know how thankful we are for all of his help. Thank you

It took a little time but we got the paperwork squared away. I appreciate it and am looking forward to more shopping.

easy to find what i wanted to get

Not only did it take all day but they forgot to give me the accessories and hook up kit for the oven and had to go buy more parts absolutely ridiculous

I ordered on line after talking to sales person. Sales person was knowledgeable and helpful.
