Simon took the time to help me work thru my glitchs in getting the expander to work correctly.

Great to work with very knowledgeable about product and helpful.

Simon was quick to reply and very helpful in pre-progamming for my ESC. I bought the Esc telemtry converter. Awesome bit of kit!

Thanks

Fantastic product. Fantastic price and super customer service. I had an issue which was my fault but Simon was absolutely 100% a great company to deal with

Easy set up , worked as expected

Very quick communication. Did not receive the device yet but all seems very reliable.

IMHO, good company!

Great Product and even Better Support. I will definitely buy from you again.

Very good communications

I purchased the ESC Telemetry Converter and the product works great for providing reverse thrust in my 90mm Viper with my Futaba transmitter.

The added bonus with this product was being able to receiver other telemetry data e.g. voltage, temperature, rpm etc.

Even more impressive was the customer service. I had a few questions on the setup and they quickly responded back to my email and then followed up with a phone call to ensure everything worked as described.

First-Class customer service I must say. I recommend this product to all.

Friendly and attentive seller. Fast delivery. The Telemetry Converter is a great product.

I enjoy the ease of use and the addition channels with the expander on my Spektrum receivers. Gives me the flexibility to do more and keeping cost lower.

I have known and used RC Light systems for a long time now and always had excellent service.

The expander should have a PC software to facilitate the programming. I have had a terrible time trying to program using the button and the light sequence. It is extremely fast and extremely complicated to be done. The instructions are quite difficult to understand and follow. It should be rewritten to be read by someone that does not know the product.
Tried programming using a Spektrum IX14 (the easier way) and thought that I succeeded following the instructions. Nope. The expander did connect but all the programmed channels did not work. I will try again another day. Today I got so frustrated after almost 4 hours trying that I was ready to return the product. Then I remembered that it come straight from England. Big mistake! Should buy only from dealers in the US with US support.
Gave two stars as the packaging and finish is really nice.

I have bought the ESC Telemetry Converter. It works very well for the telemetry and rotation reverse between Spektrum ESC and JETI RC system. Very simple configuration, works on first step and no problems. I am very satisfied, it was exactly what I needed.
