Hello Phillip, We do not understand why negative feedback would be left instead of calling or emailing our customer support team about the status. We also forwarded the tracking number when the package shipped so you could track it.
The order was placed on May 28th, and was shipped on May 30th. The actual transit timeline is set by the carrier. Please check the tracking.

Hello Tony, It is disappointing to see a 1-star review simply because a sample of macrame cord was not available. This cord is "precut" while it's made in 250, 500 and 833 yard lengths. We do not cut into precut cord, as it would make it unsellable. Best Regards, Customer Support
