The normal timeline for USPS mail "can take up to five business days" per USPS. The package was delivered August 28th, which is within the USPS standard delivery timeline. They have a great product
They have a great product. I am reproducing 17th and 18th Century navigational and ship related Items. Hemp rope is the only correct rope/line to use. You had all the sizes that I needed, and it looks absolutely correct for the period. In addition the rope is of excellent quality, and the shipping was fast.

Terrible Business Ethics
Customer service means nothing to these people. When the 500’ spool of bungee material was delivered and completely destroyed (which took me 2 hours and several cuts to put on a different spool - which I had to go get one), their answer was that it didn’t ship out that way. After back and forth, they offered up a minimal discount on a future purchase. I just bought 500’ of material, how about making that purchase fair before asking me to buy something else.
DON’T WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED $$ ON A TERRIBLE COMPANY
I have received several emails for writing a review, I asked them why they would send these, knowing what had happened. I waited about a month to write this and it is STILL UPSETTING to think that this is the way they were PROUD of handling this issue.
