Best driving instructor ever!
My instructor was the best driving instructor I've ever had. If something didnt make sense he was able to explain it many different ways until I got it. Very friendly and a fantastic teacher. He was very fair with both praise and criticism, giving them when needed.
I passed first time with only 1 minor.
Would recommend my instructor to everyone!

Rahim was a brilliant instructor
Rahim was a brilliant instructor. I have had a few lessons but my confidence and needed to go over some manoeuvres. He was very calm and patient, clear and easy to understand about all rules and what requires improvement. What to work on, and always made time for me for lessons leading up to my test. Wonderful instructor high recommend!

unprofessional and harassing driver instructor…
I recently took driving lessons with Jimmy at Rated driving school, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. From the very beginning, the instructor's behavior was unprofessional and, at times, even harassing.
During the lesson, Jimmy repeatedly made inappropriate comments and touched my leg, creating a hostile learning environment. Instead of offering constructive feedback, they were often rude and sneaky, making it difficult for me to concentrate and learn effectively. Their behavior not only hindered my progress but also made the lessons extremely stressful and uncomfortable.
I believe driving instructors should provide a supportive and encouraging atmosphere to help learners build confidence on the road. Unfortunately, your instructor failed to meet these expectations. I would not recommend their services to anyone looking for a positive and respectful driving lesson experience.

Hi Adriana,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We take all feedback seriously, and I’m very sorry to hear that your lessons did not meet the standard we expect at Rated Driving.
As the owner, I personally spoke with you this morning to reassure you that we are treating your complaint with the utmost seriousness. Our customer service manager, Michaela, is currently carrying out a full investigation into the matter.
We have also made you aware that you have the option to escalate your complaint to the DVSA, the governing body for driving instructors, should you wish to do so. Additionally, we have processed a refund for your remaining lesson hours.
Ensuring that all our learners feel safe, comfortable, and supported is a top priority for us at Rated Driving. We sincerely regret that this was not your experience and appreciate you bringing it to our attention.
We wish you the very best with your driving lessons moving forward.
