Had a bit of a wobbly first order
But ordered quite a few times since then and the clothes are such good quality I love them waiting for payday to order some more 😀

They're both so soft and amazingly quality, I will definitely be buying again in the future.

I rang before making my order as I believed my request for a custom order would be too confusing for a form. Spoke to Dhillan who was more than happy to go through everything with me. Dhillan was polite, patient with my explanation and made me feel confident in my purchase. When the hoodie arrived it was PERFECT. Exactly what I’d described and the quality is lovely. The hoodie is thick and has a soft warm inside. My daughter loves it. I cannot thank you enough. Will definitely be buying more from Ratchet.

Honestly such an amazing company! I followed for a while before buying from them and I can't stop. I have some more t-shirts lined up and Birthday/Christmas presents lined up too. Colours are stunning, customer service is brilliant and Dhillan is hilarious and just an all round amazing person. All clothes are size inclusive too and perfect for those people who are a little weird and wonderful! And his Mental Health ethos is perfect. Definitely buy from them if you haven't!

I ordered a hoodie it came faulty and I wanted to return it, they said just to wash it, the item was still faulty so I returned it and paid for tracking so I knew it would get there, got no confirmation from the company themselves that they got it and never got issued a refund this was a few weeks ago now, I don’t care I really liked the idea of the company but unfortunately won’t be buying from them again

After some traumatic times Rachet clothing just resonates.
I feel heard but also i feel like its opening up to other to speak out, its empowering to bring a voice to something thats been kept hidden for so long such as mental health.

The hoodie i bought is perfect its definitely generous sizing as well.

I love this company. Dhillan is hilarious and his products are so comfortable and great quality. I've bought a tracksuit and 2 tees and they're my favourite things to wear. My neighbours will definitely start judging me soon cause I wear them nearly every day haha.

I emailed Dhillan for advice on sizing before ordering and he was spot on!
T-Shirts are amazing, colourful, comfortable and socially conscious.
I asked for my preferred colouring of the dyes and my request was no problem at all.

Got the “Keep going” hoodie and boy i did not know how much i needed that thing. It’s given me the extra motivation i need to stay clean (3 months and counting). And the label inside (size: beautiful) genuinely made me tear up, i’ve forever been bullied about my size so seeing it really made my day. I ordered the viral T-shirt. Dear person behind me, I ordered it in tye dye. It’s a size large ( cleverly disguised as a size beautiful ) if anybody is on the hedge about ordering one, get it! They fit perfectly.

I underestimated just how awesome my hoody tracksuit would look, and not only that it’s actually the MOST comfortable thing in the world to wear!
