Excellent communication about the car…
Excellent communication about the car hire, which was delivered to time on the day. Only criticisms are that the car smells of cigarette smoke despite its no smoking sign, and that I received some confusing auto generated text messages which they agreed
Should be ignored.

We also apologise for any inconvenience that you suffered in receiving erronous SMS messages. Absolutely brilliant service. Dropped off on time, no issues. They even left the car with me for as long as possible because they knew I didn’t have another. Fantastic service. Really lovely staff- all 6 that I dealt with. Brilliant. Thanks

Low value for money
Provided me with car with lots of scratches and seat had permanent large stains as if the car came from scrap yard. They ask you for everything but when you raise your own vehicle job was not done correctly, they denied any help from themselves.I felt they used me to make money.

Thank you for your feedback. We apologise that you felt that the rental vehicle was below the standards of your expectations. We always try to ensure that our vehicle are presentable and rented in an excellent condition. From time to time we do anticipate that vehicles will show signs of wear and tear but we do regularly repair vehicles to ensure high standards. Unfortunately, if you had issues with the repair to your own vehicle, we are not able to assist with this and would encourage you to speak to your motor insurer who facilitated the repairs on your behalf.

Really efficient service. There was always someone to speak to when I had any queries. Very flexible appointments for car delivery and collection, great selection of cars too!

Almost one year I’m with Rapid pco car hire.
