Excelent support
My email provider deleted my email and they helped me change it. Also helped me with BTC payments that, although confirmed on the blockchain, didn't authorize the transaction on their website. They can help with seedbox issues too. Their support is so good I wish every single online service would be like this, it is worth for the support alone.

Had my seedbox for about half a month now, decided to upgrade. Finding the proper process was easy and it was completed quickly and smoothly. Very happy with the service on a technical and support standpoint.

Mike went way out of his way and beyond the call of duty in terms of effort, patience and the amount of time he spent solving my issue. I honestly think if he hadn't been able to help me I would have had to find another seedbox provider who could give me the support I needed--but thanks to Mike--very happy ending and I am delighted by the help I got and delighted to remain a loyal customer. Great New User Experience and Customer Support
Rapid seedbox is an excellent platform for new users to get into the space. There are many videos and guides, not to mention one click apps that can reduce how tedious installations are. The customer support is great as well. I had an issue that i spent hours on and customer support was able to help answer my questions and correct my issues.
