Amazing experience every time. Would highly recommend this service. The customer support team is top notch!

Really nicely laid out site, easy to navigate and excellent customer service with fast response. They do tick most of the boxes, the problem lies in the service itself, if you plan to use them to boost your ratio you'll be better off going elsewhere, after using them for a day I contacted their support team to ask them why their service is so slow, the technician looked into it and came back and said it might be a disk issue they'll get it resolved, a couple days later and nothing changed, everything works just really really slowly. I decided to make use of their excellent 14 days guarentee, which states if you cancel within 14 days they'll fully refund you. Again this was really simple, they do offer excellent customer service, the refund occurs automatically and you can move on. Went to a different supplier and got the same amount of upload credit in 4 hours that I received from rapidseedbox in 4 days. No idea why they seem to throttle you, really wish they wouldn't because I would love to use their site.

Was helped by a man called Dragan. Response under 4 minutes. Very quick to fix my issue as well. Funny he also thought i was Gabriel AKA Fluffy

Just purchased the wrong product an hour ago and immediately went to chat for support. Still waiting for somebody to reply.
Says <15mins to reply but definitely not true.

Gonna leave it for a few hours but want this review up in case of issues later on.

*UPDATE - got a response 3 hours later. There was a shift change - completely understandable tbh. Was fully refunded. 4 stars

*UPDATE 2 - Guys just spent well over an hour explaining info to me and was super patient with my endless questions - big thank you to Ronal. 5 stars

*UPDATE 3 - Product: ipv6 proxy. Unfortunately after a few days of testing the product isn't performing as well as I would have liked. Many failing to work and causing problems later on. 3stars only for ipv6.

I've been using seedbox for months and I've confirmed that this service is extremely reliable, stable and fast. And customer service is very very friendly. I converted my monthly contract into an annual contract, and I signed one additional seedbox.

Server were offline and solved in about an hour.

He was friendly and helped me work through my issues. Very attentive.

I've been with RapidSeedbox for 6 years and I can't say enough good things about them. The service is rock solid and super fast.

But what really stands out is their support. These guys get back to you so fast. Anytime I've had an issue or question, they've sorted it out in no time.

Agents offer non apologies. They also give mixed information - and their refund policy is very much not 'no questions asked' they ask you if you want a discount at the very least, and if you dont reply, they continue to bill you. This is assuming you even can reach them by email. I'm still fighting for my money back 5 months after

I really like this company. They offers really quality services with IPv4/IPv6 rental. They won't forget about route6 object or ROA, they will fastly send LOA document. You can ask them to made geoip updates in their geofeed.
Support is 5 stars, they works excellent and reply very fast.

This service has easily surpassed my expectations. I was initially nervous about adding another monthly bill but now I just regret not doing so a long ways back. Would highly recommend.

expensive seedbox not worth what you get and bad support especially Drogan guy very rude, not recommended

The seedbox itself works, but their email spam is beyond horrible. They're literally the only company I know doing it.

They send you lots of emails with the sender for example being "Dragan from RapidSeedbox". In the body of the email, the name of the sender is different (for example, it says "This is Alin from RapidSeedbox.com 👋"). The emails then say "I'm available to help you with any challenge you have using your service. Your satisfaction is our top priority". I asked them to stop spamming me and didn't receive any reply, and the spam continued.

Guess my satisfaction is not a priority at all.
