The worst. They dropped the ball so hard and then took my site down by changing my passwords after I didn't want to work with them anymore. Terrible. I have no idea what I'm going to do now.

I hired them to get my google business page back up after being suspended for an address violation. They kept bluffing and wasting my time for 5 months. They accomplished ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! I plunged deeper into debt as a result. I had paid them $2500.00 for the entire year to get the best price.
This is a trick to get more money from you, which they refuse to reimburse, even after accomplishing nothing for many months.
When I complained that they did nothing and put me in serious debt because so much time was wasted, I asked for a refund. It should have been the whole amount. They only wanted to reimburse me $700.00.
I was livid! Then they agreed to pay me $1400.00
This was over six weeks ago and they have PAID ME NOTHING!!!!!!!! They aren't answering the phone.
These are criminals who have no knowledge or ability to help you in any way. They only take your money, waste your time and put you through hell!!!!!!!
They lied to me, about 10 times, saying that the money should be in my account, but of course it never is. I wrote a review that they didn't like so they agreed to pay me if I took it down. I did and they still haven't paid me. They are not reputable. They are scoundrels who do nothing for you and simply lie and lie and lie.
They are worse than useless! Avoid them like the plague. They will take your money, waste your time and aggravate you to death. I should have had some online presence, a lot of business and my years advertising paid for. Now I have NO ONLINE PRESENCE, NO BUSINESS AND NO ADVERTISING PAID FOR! What I do have is weeks of wasted time, trying to get them to be honorable and reimburse me. But that has not happened. Their oldest review is only nine months old, which means they are either just starting out and have no experience or have rebranded, changing their name to ditch their bad reputation. Either way, they are no one that you would want to deal with. They have other reviews just like mine, so they may be ready for another name change. Working with them was a completely horrible experience, a huge waste of time and money, basically keeping me out of business and in dire straits.
Truly a garbage company!

We hired Rank 1 Pro to help with a Google review issue. It was an unusual problem but they said they had the Google connections and experience to get the issue resolved. We gave Zack and Rank 1 Pro almost 4 months to try and solve the issue but nothing was ever resolved. They did send support emails to Google, the same thing we had done many times before hiring Rank 1 Pro but they received no response to the issue either. After giving plenty of time to resolve the issue we asked for a refund since nothing was accomplished other than sending a couple of emails. We have been told in 3 separate emails, all documented, over a period of 4 weeks that we will be getting a refund but no refund has ever been provided. I would be very careful dealing with companies like this, carefully vet them and make sure they have the experience they claim to have. We have no recourse but to seek legal council/recourse at this point.

Zack is a champion and hulk at SEO. Very responsive and works well with his team and supervisor -Joseph, Account Manage. Dynamic duo. I am new to the service and I've been nothing but impressed - and I am tough. I would recommend. They do work with ads too. It is nice having ads and seo aligned.

This company is a COMPLETE fraud. They promised reinstatement of my Google My Business profile, and they not only completely failed to reinstate my profile, but they also promised to refund me my $150, and NEVER did. I have been polite and patient with them, only for them to completely disregard the agreement we had in place. Do not use them – they will fail to deliver and then fail to refund.
