STOLE MY PERSONAL DETAILS AND SOLD THEM ON. Had a phone call on my personal mobile number from a company trying to sell digital services to the charity I work for. Nowhere online is my mobile number connected to my work. I CONTACTED FULL ENRICH to disclose what details they have about me and to remove them and heard NOTHING. If you want to look incredibly shady and work with an unethical company who obtain data in a pretty gross way then crack on, but it has ensured we never go near the company who approached me.

I have just had a call on my PERSONAL mobile from a client of this company, because Full Enrich steals your data, and just gives it to **anyone who asks** - as per their business model (I can back this up with emails, and recorded phone call). Who cares for your personal safety? Stalker? Jilted ex-lover? You’re in danger! They claim they take your data from LinkedIn, however, my personal mobile is not (and never has been) on there. Their client kindly provided me with all of Full Enrich’s details and the data he received of mine, knowing the severity of the problem I faced. To add my number is also listed with the TPS for over a decade. You're breaking the law!

Somehow got my personal data, started selling it and there delete function is so glitchy I can't verify MYSELF to get me off of their damn system. Where are they strip mining data from?

Like other reviewers, I have also had my personal phone number leaked by FullEnrich, and am now receiving constant harassing silent phone calls after I instructed them to remove my number from their systems. This must be a violation of GDPR and I will be reporting them to the ICO and relevant communications authorities.

Like other reviews here received a cold call for work purposes to my personal phone from someone .. when I asked where this person got my number he said Fullenrich.

Do not where they got my number from as the number they called is no where in the public domain and is only used by family.

Also no clear process on how to ask this or get my number removed.

I had a great experience with FullEnrich. The platform is easy to use, the contact data is clean and accurate, and support responded fast when I had questions. It really saved me time, and the value is solid. Highly recommend!

FullEnrich saved me hours of searching. The leads matched my market and were easy to export.

As others have experienced, FullEnrich have somehow obtained private information and added it to their database without my consent and have been freely selling my personal information to anyone who wants it with no care for their legal obligation. They don’t respect GDPR or other laws.

If you are a company looking to buy legitimate, sanitised data, avoid FullEnrich as your brand name will turn to mud.

Like others, I have been cold called on my personal phone selling services related to my work.
I checked with the caller who advised it was Fullenrich who supplied the data.
I have kept my personal phone and info completely separate to my work related information and feel completely violated and compromised by this.

Received a cold call for work purposes to my personal phone from someone I had already rejected.. when I asked where this person got my number he said Fullenrich. Do not like how my personal number is available for people to by and do not like that Fullenrich assist with that. I often cold call for work and would be embarrassed to be calling someone's personal number.

This company stole my data incl phone number and then denied it. They are an aggregator of other companies and don't own any databases.

I really like the idea of having a one stop shop instead of needing to check 3 or 4 different databases to confirm information.Its not perfect, but for the tricky one, this service has paid off.

They have my number listed under somebody else's name. I keep getting calls and text messages for this other person. I went to Full Enrich and their opt out link doesn't work. I can't anybody on the phone or in chat.

I was cold-called by a company called taylr.io who tried to sell me a service.

My mobile is a personal number and not a company phone. Furthermore, the mobile number is registered with the telephone preference so I should not receive cold calls.

When I complained to taylr.io that I should not have been contacted on my mobile and asked where by data was obtained, I was told it came from Full Enrich

I understand that taylr.io has made a complaint. I am also filing a complaint directly with the telephone preference service.
