Very friendly staff

Ordering and collecting my travel money was so easy. I was able to collect my money after just 1 hour from ordering it. I asked the assistant if I could have some small denominations which he did.
Other currency exchanges haven't been able to do this which is why I'll be using Ramsdens currency exchange in future.

Ramsdenscurrency provided a competitive rate of exchange and a prompt and friendly service.

Joanne who served me was really great and very helpful. She explained everything in detail and told me about a Ramsden master card which I never knew about and will think about it for the future.

Went into the Bellshill branch to order currency. John the branch manager was really helpful. He took time to explain all about the currency card and helped me set it up on the app. Always my go to store when I need to buy currency.

Always get the best exchange rates at Ramsdens. I check all exchange rates and ramsdens always comes out top. The staff in the store are always very pleasant and helpful.

I’ve just returned from a visit to Ramsdens (NOOK) where I was greeted by the lovely Christine, I decided to try Ramsdens for some currency for my upcoming trip.
So pleased I did, came out, came out with a smile & a Ramsdens Master currency card much better than carrying lots of cash. Can use it at ATM or any shops or restaurants who display the Mastercard sign.

Christine was like a breath of fresh air, explained everything to a tea, even how to change the pin & download the app on your phone, great rates and a very personable service .

Easy to order online, great friendly service instore upon collection- with some great advice offered too

Ordered online it was really easy a good rate and all ready to collect at the right time. All in good denominations no big numbers.
The staff were really polite and helpful.
