Wonderful service in Preston
Visited the Preston store to sell some gold and was served by the branch manager Chelsea. She was friendly and welcoming the moment we walked in. The gold was sentimental to me and my wife as belonged to a deceased relative however Chelsea made us feel comfortable and showed compassion when we got a bit upset. She made sure we were sure to sell and didn't push the sale, even told us to go and have a cup of tea and think before we went ahead and make sure we were ready to say goodbye. It is rare these days to receive service like this Thank you Chelsea we will be back in June or our euros
