Great app would highly recommend
Great app would highly recommend so easy to use, the only thing I would suggest, when Raisin are transferring money, it seems to disappear for a while and doesn’t show up anywhere - would be good to say on the account somewhere, processing or transferring.. otherwise very pleased

It was very straightforward to open an account with raisin and the deals they promote are very hard to beat.
I have been with raisin for a number of years and have phoned customer services a couple of times. Every customer service person has been knowledgeable, friendly and professional. My questions answered fully and quickly.
I would definitely recommend raisin as a savings platform.
Also, would it be possible to offer ISA products in the future?

Easy to use and great interest rates.
This bank and the website are easy and intuitive to use. Good choice of savings alternatives with very competitive rates. Highly recommend their operations (at least in terms of easy access accounts, which is what I have used).

App works reliably, instructions and options are clear. Instructions are carried out promptly and confirmations are delivered. It’s easy to understand your financial position at all times. No issues over the last 4-5 years, has consistently delivered what was offered therefore I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!
