The fabrics are super, especially the extra wide cottons for backing quilts.
Unfortunately the packaging (the regular thick plastic bag) didn’t stand up to the rigours of the postal system, the bag was split and one of the fabrics punctured.

I ordered 1 metre and the cut was wavy on both ends It was 2cm under 1 metre on one side and just 1 metre the other

Confused experience. Customer service sent email as one fabric faulty so they were not going to send it but the rest of the order had been despatched. 5 days later I had an ordinary despatch email and the fabrics duly arrived. Lovely fabrics when they did arrive. Just a little annoying. Would order again

I’m just so glad that I came across Rainbow Fabrics at the Quilt Festival at the NEC a couple of years ago! Their range of fabrics is incredible, especially the extra wide quilting fabrics, which are so expensive elsewhere. The Rainbow Fabrics rewards scheme is very generous too. The only problem is that, despite my best efforts, my fabric stash keeps getting bigger!

I have ordered several times and they are brilliant.
If they have a problem with the order for some reason they are quick to contact and offer a solution.

So pleased with the waffle fabrics I bought. They have washed and dried well and I am looking forward to starting making my summer wardrobe with them
